    I have the less debilitating spina bifida but I can’t walk stand or sit too much? How can you even walk!? :( this disease sucks. Since I was a child I can not stand or walk without having to sit within a minute etc. now I’m 32 can hardly stand or walk.

      i also have spina bifida , the most severe one but can walk and run independently . but i've a penguin like walk.

    My daughter also has spina bifida and she walks. But she has bladder retention and uses catheters
