I think it works pretty well, the Furls do try to slide around if you move it with force but I just got a dab of hot glue and put it in the dips and pushed it down with my finger and allow it to dry and now its like a little pillow for my hooks but keeps them from sliding around. :)

Buy a “green” product made from Bamboo and they pack in styrofoam, oops!
