      Russell Orrell Thanks. If all goes well in some time 5 months ? I will be back around that area to complete the circuit of Australia. Just completed my australian wedge tailed eagle video taken today. The bicycle videos take much longer to process. Tomorrow some time ?.

      Ian Clarke Thanks Ian. I've left the BNT trail and are going to make my own way up the east of Australia. I might rejoin it for bits. This will be much better for me. Cheers Chris.

      How long is this trip for ?

    • @ChrisRishworth
      @ChrisRishworth  9 лет назад +1

      Ian Clarke Good question ?. I'll just take each day as it comes. 1 week, 2 months, 1 year who knows. I'll just keep going until the money runs out. I would like to complete the loop of Australia and then New Zealand. If I'm still going then I'll see. It's hard at times living in a tent finding water etc. Had lots and lots of rain the other day. I went to a waterfall which usually has a trickle of water over. But this day looked like Niagra falls sort of. Waiting on a front brake lever to arrive at Goulbourn. So have to fill in a few days around Braidwood NSW. Have been travelling with only my front brake working. Not the best way to travel. All good just the same. Cheers Chris.

      alan mckinnon Thanks. The bike is nice just know it takes time. And I'm in no real hurry. Saw a big snake today Tiger or yellow belly black ?. He went across the road in front of me and got stuck in some chicken wire trying to get away. Was a really big snake. Just out side of Braidwood NSW. Cheers Chris.

    HI Chris
    Pity about your brakes. My mtb Avid Arch Rival cable activated v-brakes are very strong. Had them 10 years. A horse shoe frame supports the v brakes and give it extra stick when braking hard.
    Very strong and nicely adjustable. They bolt onto either side of shock.

      It's Ok. Just have to get a new back brake somewhere maybe at Cooma today if they have one. Just trying to avoid the rain today, sun is shining now better pack up and move before the rain comes back around. All good thanks Chris.

      Russell Orrell Good to hear. Safe travels and good weather really helps. I don't like bad weather on the bike. But the sun does shine and all is good. Tired legs most days.

      Russell Orrell Yes rain rain. A woman I spoke to said where I was had 70mm. The water fall looked like Niagra Falls. In next video. I pitched my tent and the rain began, did get a little wet.
