@@dydy972x4 yup the swarm can hack other machines. That's why police and armies hadto shut down their own machines and just fight the swarm with guns, tanks and aircrafts.
Well nah the fireclaws would’ve taken down a lot of corrupters and deathbringers but the Horus Titans would just smash then to peices they’re like the size of cities
Well yeah the horus would be undefeatable but the Gaia machines if overriden can't be corrupted by the faro machines but yeah horus would need a mega thunderjaw or something to be killed
Turns out Hephestus had the cure for the faro plague all along. I only wish that the game allowed you some control over an overridden machine. Like you can order it to a specific slot, or order it to follow or attack a set target. Would have been cool if you could show up to a main quest mission with a Thunderjaw at your side.

I honestly thought the Fireclaw was going down on that one. Fireclaw hits hard but has a limited amount of attacks as well as the time between attacks. But awesome fight.

The way the Fireclaw just rip through a horde of corruptors, I can't imagine a fight between an army of Fireclaw against the Faro Plague. So immensely strong for a machine designed by Hephaestus.
Hephastus just needs to make 1000 Demon-upgraded Fireclaws and he could have taken on the entire Swarm by himself. Would like to see 10 Deathbrings and 30 corruptors vs 3 Demonic Fireclaws. That would be a battle

Imagine a movie with fight sequences like this; nothing but monsters, fighting with every weapon they have, maybe some music, and nothing but a panning shot of the battle ground, no cuts between movements or to other characters
What bugs me is that if it were fighting me, it would be like "wide-angle flames, elbow drop, striding smack, smack, smack, here is a rock to eat, wide-angle flames", all in about 2 seconds. But when it's a bunch of corruptors, Big Boy Bear is just taking time to really enjoy the fight.
You know, you see something like this and you wonder if Hephaestus really had humans in mind when designing it. Time to load 'fully functioning Horus battle platform'

Well these suckers ARE about a thousand years out of date on the tech side of things. Never mind the fact that an AI can probably research and develop much more rapidly than human engineers.
Yeah that's some impressive power creep lol. I think the final boss one is even stronger since it has Daemonic infection and the Cauldron powering it/healing it.
Sent link to this video to my friend with comment "you will met him too". He had just started playing and that first corruptor was a "totally overpowered bastard". He said. :)
What makes that first corrupter fight hard, is no fire mods, limited area to manevuer plus that addition of the striders. Had to set up traps at the gate to take out the striders so I could focus fire the corrupter.
This is like one of those movie boxing fights where the hero goes down and their buddy/coach/gf is pleading with them to get up as the ref counts down... and somehow they do, and find some reserve you thought was surely exhausted. High drama!
In the 2060 battles, yes. In gameplay though, we never fight a corruptor who has taken over/is taking over/can take over nearby machines. It's always either in Eclipse possession or is fighting alongside already corrupt machines. The only place where I can remember it corrupting machines is in the cutscene of Seeker At The Gates, and that's purely for the plot and mechanic explanation. It would be interesting to see if the gaming mechanism even has corruption included, by riding a strider all the way up to a corruptor to see if it gets overridden. I bet not.
Sir i want to ask a question its actually important....whenever i spawn any fireclaw from the cheatmenu, when the battle begins and fireclaw spots the enemy machine or human from far away it does some kind of action and after that the game crashes. everytime i saw him do that action the game crashed. None other machine crashes the game just like this fireclaw......have you experienced this..?, if you have faced it and you have any solution for this pleassssse reply in this comment....i would really appreciate that....
really shows that the irl game AI is not built to handle machine vs machine. If the corruptors just sat back and threw rocks while running away, they could probably take it down, not to mention if the coordinated their attacks. Cool fight anyway though! love the weather of choice!
You know, something I would like to see is a corrupted Thunderjaw vs. a Controlled Stormbird vs. a Hephaestus controlled Fireclaw vs. a Deathbringer. The most powerful Machines, (of Zero Dawn anyway) in an all out brawl. Whoever Wins it would be AMAZING!!!
the stormbird would most likely win. The fireclaw is the strongest machine but it has no attacks that can hit the stormbird up in the air (unless it lands or gets very close, which would be dumb on its part), which means it will focus on killing the thunderjaw and deathbringer. The deathbringer has ranged attacks but it cannot aim upwards, so it is basically in the same position as the fireclaw. Depending on how the 3 way melee ends the remaining duo will be the stormbird vs one of the 3 land robots. If the fireclaw or deathbringer is the one left the stormbird wins 100%, if the one left is the thunderjaw there 'might' be a very slim chance it wins since some of his attacks can technically reach upwards somewhat, but its such a onesided matchup that it will almost certain be a victory for the stormbird. The only way for it to actually lose is if it decides to do the air to ground melee attack and actually lands. If you think about it there is a very limited amount of attacks in zero dawn (outside of the player) that can actually threathen a stormbird. I think a corrupted rockbreaker on its own has a better chance at winning that those 3 machines combined, but the most likely result may be a draw with both of them losing sight of each other and de-aggroing
Damn! That final blow was epic! Good friggin content.
Corruptors: we have you 20 to 1
