John, I recognize where you are. Putting in 500% over the last years wears you out. Bringing up children costs a lot of energy too. Your son seems like a handful. Don't spoil them or give in to much. You'll regret it later. I hope there's still some room/time for improvement here. And I also hope your wife is on the same page. This is certainly a strange comment I agree but I watched you for years and loved your approach and enthousiasme but when I watched this video I think things have changed and not for the better. And I regret that I notice that. It's just how live goes sometimes and it's sad that it happened to you just as it happened to me. Correct me if I'm wrong. If you ever want to visit the Netherlands as a vacation; I'm your man, Stay safe and find something to do that makes you happy again. Best, Job
