No they can’t. They just get choked because their digestion system is one way. When they get choked by pellets the undigested liquid came out from their nose and mouth which looks like “puking” but hopefully that never happens to any bun
It looks like shes free roaming other than just staying in the cage but please dont just lock her in there since thats not the proper size for a rabbit and if your scared about chewing stuff bunny proof. 😊
