If you listen very carefully, attentively and see within our self,we realize that how attachment, identification creates our problems with our self and among relationships and, when realize this remains with that, without conflict and suddenly something New Energy gets in to free u ,n energizes whole being.

The consequence of it: Total freedom.
All this is being repeated today by new teachers, new spiritual leaders.. No identification, no problem.. But you have to know how to tame the mind when thoughts go like a torrent... Indeed, no matter how much we meditate, it remains the same database that we use automatically.. As is the case with breathing, or walking.. To get to the TABULA RASA or blank slate you should first know how to delete old data.. 🙏🏻🌬️🌀🌌

'How to delete' indicates there is a method and any method is made of thought which is an echo of memory.
Yes, new age people try to give you a method, therefore they are creating a centre in the psyche and the transformation remains only an idea.
There is a method how to delete . But here the word METHOD does not mean a formula but an understanding the self . U are angry because someone abused u that U are stupid . But You think u are intelligent. Actually u are an normal human being as all others an conditioned identity . U are not intelligent nor stupid . U are hurt because u have an centre ( image of being intelligent - ego) in memory and now when u analyse it through past and Your thought projects an new action ( conflict ) . So u need to understand. U may call it METHOD or process .
Word is not the thing
Its almost impossible because we are conditioned by education to look in words and images
We must instantly get this the observer is the past.Can our mind stop disassociation with appearances?
I am unable to reach a point where I have an insight into the absolute negativity of identification, particularly in relation to nationalism
