Summary:
Is it at all possible for the content of consciousness to free itself from its own limitation?
We are conscious of ourselves only when there is a problem.
Pleasure is the movement of thought in time, and we are conditioned to that.
As long as the brain is operating using its knowledge in skills, it is limited, mechanical. In that there is no freedom.
Is it possible to see something lovely, look at it, give your complete attention to it and not record it?
You are only aware now, or never.

5+ years of intense meditations + breathing exercises had pushed me into serious sleeping disorders. severe neurotic behaviours, great illusions of lights around me, neck & shoulder pains and filled me all time with deep negative thoughts followed by fear & anxiety ...
It is JK's this video brought be back into being ... cured me and fuelled me again to get up to travel right ... I keep on listening this video and applying this content again & again ... thanking JK from the depth of my heart ...
K , for me is the best self help. The only real help is self help. If you are sincere and really listen , any one can do it.
This is a great talk from my own experience if you listen deeply meditate to what JK is saying and work with him understanding insight comes. You can listen to same talk many times each understanding insight becomes deeper.
Then youre living it, becames of great importance in ones life.

One of the biggest factors for why no one "got this flow thingy" is bcz everyone wants something and you can't get here from there. Ppl wanted to know why nothing was happening. Lol. So that's where it "stayed" for those ppl. Staying and not flowing...😮...and the consequences for consciousness most profound...

This whole entire 60 yrs, or so, K haa been saying that we naturally abide in full awareness or we are stuck in time, the past, memory, ego-self-seperate self-an observer-self consciousness, fear, greed, hatred, delusion, and time. These are either all one and the same or they are bound together. Which it is makes no difference to awareness itself in a continuous state of timelessness and tremendous vigorous aliveness and intensity of senses and a mind free of garbage. Ppl want to know how, but that WANTING is itself the activity of staying stuck. Why ppl can't DO what K suggests has baffled me for decades as much as the fact of their being baffled by the fact that they seem to be unable to simply ABIDE in what is. Their hands are stuck in the cookie jar and they will not let go their cookies to get their hands free. That has been and remains their choice. Today humankind is in free-fall off of the cliff and it hardly matters as far as the larger humankind goes whether they ever take K's suggestion and do it. Their doom is now sealed and there's no turning back...😮...not every acorn that falls from any tree is meant to sprout. That's the universe. That's not pessimism talking, that's joy. Lol...
I understand what JK is saying but it is unfathomable for me how an observation could occur without the observer. The observer is always there, it's all we know and for most of us, it's all we have. I have always assumed that refining our consciousness through observing it can free us from it but I do understand that the observer who is doing the refining is part of the consciousness. So we may keep going in circles forever. But then what's the other way around? It's beyond my comprehension
관찰자없이 관찰하는것은 관찰하고있는자가 관찰을 하고 있는데 그것을 모르고 있다는 것입니다. 즉 나무라는 단어로 나무에 대한 지식을 가지고 관찰하면서 자기가 관찰자없이 관찰하고 있다는겁니다. 자기 스스로 그렇게 보고 있다는 사실을 통찰하면 관찰자없이 관찰하는것이지만 이 사실을 깊이있게 통찰하지.못하면 관찰자가 없는 관찰은 존재하지 않습니다. 분노하는자가 분노인것을 모르고 자기 분노를 쳐다보는것이죠.
