It is harmless for humans . No mask is needed . Only if you are overtly sensitive specially around the nose mouth area you can use a mask to prevent the droplets reaching you on a windy day - even then it should be temp tingling

I have shifted to a different place with lesser rats around but till last time the same was still effective in not having rats causing damage inside . They may get inside but the smell will not let them linger around for long

Thanks brother .. please clean up any existing rat dropping before application . Repeat every 3 weeks with a light mist and you will be good.

With that if I keep some cotton balls with paper mint drops will that be more effective?
Cottons balls or other stuff may fall off due to car movement and engine vibrations - the repetitive spray works
What is your review after all these days of usage ? Are you still using this same method ? Is it effective? I am buying new car but worried about rat issue as I already faced it in my old car.
Yes I still use the same method and never ever purchased those rat repellent sprays. Just a few sprays every few weeks. Just ensure you clear already present dropping and heavily spray for first time if so - this will mask the urine and dropping smell and make it less hospitable onwards
With this If I keep a cotton with papermint drop at the sides will that be better?
Yes you can - the idea is to keep that smell linger in that area causing discomfort to rat

Hi have you been using the same thing so far or have u switched to a better one? Does this still works as described? And also do u apply the entire bottle after preparing the mixture?
This is still my go to method. Make small qty because smell will diminish.
Also follow best practises like parking in clean area, leaving no food or water inside and in general making situation unwelcome for rats like light ,checking Every other day etc

Bhai one doubt for how many days spray smell last in engine bay... And for how many days we should respray
1. Reapply every few weeks to maintain that smell barrier. Human nose will stop detecting smell after 1.5 weeks but it will be there and rats nose is far more sensitive so it will feel discomfort
2. Keep your engine bay clean and look for rat feet marks or any marks very week and see if you need to switch to a weekly /bi weekly pattern for rascal rat to leave your car.
3. Rats looks for few things - water, food and shelter - remove water bottle , avoid snacks in car and don’t leave your car idle for more than a week.
4. Not sure but some companies may use soy based wiring cover which is seen as food by rats . In my last Appartment , the rats attacked all Hyundai cars near my place - i20, i10and creta . It left the maruti , Ford and Honda … that’s when I checked my car and found rat dropping but no tearing
