People missing the point, the point isnt to be an ultra-efficient power generator, the goal is to turn plastic waste into something that can be re-used to do work.

Excellent. I wonder if you could do a test run with a borrowed mulching machine until you can figure out the shredders issue?
By the sound of it the shredder is just circulating after first reduction and not going through like you described so just riding and floating twisting around the tumblers etc.
Do a short on that so we can wee what's going wrong with the unit perhaps.

The Methane issue is a complex one and makes the case for biogas a tough one. Putting that to one side.
The prime source of CH4 is zombie wells and flaring when really those gases should be utilised and value added.
My vision for the future is that other industries team up with those flaring for example and have their refining plant using that as the primary feedstock which can setup many a cottage industry jobs and growth for the local communities as the gases are commodities.

Question. 22.6kg recovery tank with a pressure of 1723;690pascals volume 6.1 natural crude gass of a mixture between these 3 components Propane (C₃H₈): Approximately 44.1 g/mol
      - Butane (C₄H₁₀): Approximately 58.1 g/mol
      - Ethane (C₂H₆): Approximately 30.1 g/mol .at a temperature of 298 k with a composition of petroleum vapor , natural gass . What is the ft² ratio of natural gass to vapors in the tank and how much ft² of natural gass .of moles of ethane = 199.335 mols
      Number of moles of propane = 6000 g / 44.1 g/mol
Number of moles of propane = 136.054 mols
      3. Butane (C₄H₁₀):
      Number of moles of butane = 6000 g / 58.1 g/mol
Number of moles of butane = 103. Total moles 1608.5 moles.

      @JanHorn-v3z 4 дня назад +1

Answer: To calculate the ft² ratio of natural gas to vapors in the tank and determine the amount of natural gas in ft², we need to apply the ideal gas law equation \(PV = nRT\) for each component in the mixture.
      Given:
      - Pressure (P): 1723,690 pascals
      - Temperature (T): 298 K
      - Volume (V): 6.1 ft³
First, convert the volume from ft³ to m³:
      \(Volume_{m³} = 6.1 ft³ \times 0.0283168 m³/ft³ \approx 0.17272 m³\)
Next, calculate the number of moles for each component:
      1. Ethane (C₂H₆): 199.335 moles
      2. Propane (C₃H₈): 136.054 moles
      3. Butane (C₄H₁₀): 103 moles
      Total moles: 1608.5 moles
Now, we will calculate the volume occupied by each component using the ideal gas law equation \(V = \frac{nRT}{P}\) for each gas.
      1. Ethane:
      \(Volume_{Ethane} = \frac{199.335 \times 8.314 \times 298}{1723690} \approx 0.5477 m³\)
      2. Propane:
      \(Volume_{Propane} = \frac{136.054 \times 8.314 \times 298}{1723690} \approx 0.3739 m³\)
      3. Butane:
      \(Volume_{Butane} = \frac{103 \times 8.314 \times 298}{1723690} \approx 0.2860 m³\)
Next, we can calculate the ft² occupied by each gas component by converting the volume back to ft²:
      \(Volume_{Ethane_{ft²}} = 0.5477 m³ \times 10.7639 ft²/m² \approx 5.89 ft²\)
      \(Volume_{Propane_{ft²}} = 0.3739 m³ \times 10.7639 ft²/m² \approx 4.03 ft²\)
      \(Volume_{Butane_{ft²}} = 0.2860 m³ \times 10.7639 ft²/m² \approx 3.08 ft²\)
The ft² ratio of natural gas to vapors in the tank is approximately:
      \[\frac{5.89 ft²}{4.03 ft² + 3.08 ft²} \approx 0.8572\]
Therefore, the ft² ratio of natural gas to vapors in the tank is approximately 0.8572.

When are you going to start refining wood waste? Norway Maple trees are a major invasive species problem all over North America, along with a long list of other non native plants. These can be turned into bio char and or oil. The point is that we don't want to cut forests to make bio fuels, but in contrast, invasive plants need to be removed from the environment in order to help restore habitat.
Further; hemp can be grown on land with depleted soils. Since it is a nitrogen fixing plant, it will actually restore these soils. Meanwhile it grows to 16 feet in a single growing season. After the fibers and pulp is removed, there is still a lot of bio waste - perfect for your machine. Which means, that to help combat climate change, all prohibiting legislation around hemp farming must be removed - thus enabling hemp to be used to make bio fuel with systems like yours.
