I love how Anna brings out Mary’s soft side a lot. Look at how she almost jumps down giddily down the stairs before beelining up to Anna and bounding first thing to take her hand and express her joy.
I know it may be to a fault sometimes, but I love how forgiving and gracious Anna is with the people who caused her suffering, even unintentionally. You can see how angry John is at the situation, but he knows his wife is right.

Foi tudo tao mal feito, quando Bates foi preso descobriram que foi suicídio da ex, não fez sentido a ex de Bates tirar a própria vida a mulher eta toda cheia de vida e afrontosa, deveria ter colocado um personagem com uma postura mais passiva e debilitada. Ficou tão forçado. E na vez da Ana, a mulher que matou o estuprador resolveu se entregar.🥴 Esse enredo de sofrimento e perseguição contra Ana e Bates ficou tão sem graça e massante. Não aguentava mais ver a Ana com cara de choro, a mulher no final parecia uma idosa de 60 anos. A série deveria se chamar O calvário do casal Bates e não Downton Abbey.🙄
