You can tell right away when someone is trying to sell you, “bonus at the end”, “watch the entire video or you won’t make money”, just to try and get their videos more views. Or pushing their “free” classes lol. You make videos that actually help

I have been trying to find tips on how to get started in digital marketing for sometime but wasn't really willing to spend money to have somebody walk me through the steps on the off chance it wasn't worth my time. Another great video thanks. I set up a wordpress ecommerce website a couple years ago and gave up. It was so complex trying to figure out with google searches everything he just explained in 1/2 hour. This is a little easier because its affiliate links but this video is gold.

Great question! Yes with bluehost you will be able to use any plugins you'd like. Some plugins are paid but there is no way around that even with other hosting companies. I hope that helps clarify!

Hi Greg, I have found two niches, one with an Average Search Volume of a 135,000 and KD of 27 and another niche with 450,000 Average Search Volume and a KD 26. My hesitation is these two niches are both one word products. Should I drill down more or proceed? Any insights you have would be helpful. Thank you in advance!
Sorry I don't think my response went through yesterday! I would drill down more! Those are really big monthly search numbers, so there will be a lot of big players. If you can find some that are sub-niches of that, and more specific, then you will see your sites coming up on the first page faster and more often. I hope that helps!
So where would you post another blog post? Would it go on the same page? How often do you post a new article? Shouldn’t all the articles be about climbing shoes because that is what you based the site on. I’m confused as to what other products to post and where to put them.
Great questions! You create a new blog post for the next article and the website will automatically add it to your site. You can post as frequently as you'd like, just aim for at least 30 posts total on your site. Once you reach 30 posts, you don't have to post any more if you don't want to. All the articles should be on the same niche (for this example, climbing shoes) but the posts can be about different pairs of climbing shoes (brand a vs brand b, specific pair review, best pair under $50 etc.) I hope that helps!

Hi Greg. You mention how Amazon requires its affiliates to have a website first before they consider granting access to market their products. If I don’t have a youtube channel and want to become an affiliate of Amazon, would you suggest picking a product first, then creating a domain name that reflects that product? Or simply create a youtube account and then create a suitable domain name once I've been granted approval? Thanks again for all your help Greg!
Thanks for asking! They prefer you have a website but dont require it 100% of the time. If you apply and do not get accepted the first time, then I'd pick your niche and start your site and then re-apply with the site. I hope that helps!
Hi Greg, thank for all your content ! Adam Enfroy and other are recommending focusing on building an authority website, and not to follow outdated affiliate marketing advices... I'm a bit confuse ? What should I focus on ?
Thanks for the comment! Great question too. Adam knows his stuff, the authority site statement is true. However, I don't know if he's personally done the smaller site approach. His main website is an authority site, so that's most likely his area of expertise. The smaller site approach also works, but in different ways. Just for some proof, browse through empireflippers.com searching for affiliate websites. You'll find a ton of sites selling for $50k-$100k, which means they are smaller affiliate sites making $1k-$3k per month. Both ways work, it's just personal preference of what you see working best for your life and future plans. I hope that helps.
I haven't heard of any real issues applying, just be sure to include the link to your website in the application. You can apply as many times as you need to, so you can always reapply! Let me know how it goes and if I can help at all!
Great question! Financially, affiliate websites are bigger producers but they take a lot longer to grow. POD is more accessible for most I think. Affiliate sites are either all or nothing, POD can be done partially and still see small scale results. I hope that helps!

I need to scroll down in order to have that additional info. I find it would be more helpful if it was side by side as it appears on your end. Is there a way to solve this issue? Hello there, I was wondering something, and I figured it’s best to ask you before I start making some bad habits. I know you when writing in the reviews & education section it should be written in your own words. But, can you use the original description it your products section? I was also wondering about the price. In the top list product section should you list the price with it? I know prices can change over time, so I’m curious on the impact it would have on a customer if the price was higher after they click the link. I think Amazon should have an option to display the current price, and be in the currency of the customers country. Thank you again for your insight.

Great tutorial. One thing i want to ask, for example you have created a website with domain name related to climbing shoes. Now we have added one blog post with the shoe you have selected. To create more content, how should we proceed with more content/posts? Should we add more shoes from amazon choice or our search criteria. In short how to make our website content heavy related to same niche. I hope i was able to make my point clear :) thanks in advance
Thanks for asking! You can add more products or lists of products, but make sure they are all in the same niche. For example, top 5 climbing shoes under $100 or the best climbing shoe for wide feet. I hope that helps!

Great question! Yes with bluehost you will be able to use any plugins you'd like. Some plugins are paid but there is no way around that even with other hosting companies. I hope that helps clarify!

Hi Greg, I have found two niches, one with an Average Search Volume of a 135,000 and KD of 27 and another niche with 450,000 Average Search Volume and a KD 26. My hesitation is these two niches are both one word products. Should I drill down more or proceed? Any insights you have would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

Sorry I don't think my response went through yesterday! I would drill down more! Those are really big monthly search numbers, so there will be a lot of big players. If you can find some that are sub-niches of that, and more specific, then you will see your sites coming up on the first page faster and more often. I hope that helps!

So where would you post another blog post? Would it go on the same page? How often do you post a new article? Shouldn’t all the articles be about climbing shoes because that is what you based the site on. I’m confused as to what other products to post and where to put them.
Great questions! You create a new blog post for the next article and the website will automatically add it to your site. You can post as frequently as you'd like, just aim for at least 30 posts total on your site. Once you reach 30 posts, you don't have to post any more if you don't want to. All the articles should be on the same niche (for this example, climbing shoes) but the posts can be about different pairs of climbing shoes (brand a vs brand b, specific pair review, best pair under $50 etc.) I hope that helps!

Thanks for asking! They prefer you have a website but dont require it 100% of the time. If you apply and do not get accepted the first time, then I'd pick your niche and start your site and then re-apply with the site. I hope that helps!

Thanks for the comment! Great question too. Adam knows his stuff, the authority site statement is true. However, I don't know if he's personally done the smaller site approach. His main website is an authority site, so that's most likely his area of expertise. The smaller site approach also works, but in different ways. Just for some proof, browse through empireflippers.com searching for affiliate websites. You'll find a ton of sites selling for $50k-$100k, which means they are smaller affiliate sites making $1k-$3k per month. Both ways work, it's just personal preference of what you see working best for your life and future plans. I hope that helps.

I haven't heard of any real issues applying, just be sure to include the link to your website in the application. You can apply as many times as you need to, so you can always reapply! Let me know how it goes and if I can help at all!

Great question! Financially, affiliate websites are bigger producers but they take a lot longer to grow. POD is more accessible for most I think. Affiliate sites are either all or nothing, POD can be done partially and still see small scale results. I hope that helps!

Hello there, I was wondering something, and I figured it’s best to ask you before I start making some bad habits. I know you when writing in the reviews & education section it should be written in your own words. But, can you use the original description it your products section? I was also wondering about the price. In the top list product section should you list the price with it? I know prices can change over time, so I’m curious on the impact it would have on a customer if the price was higher after they click the link. I think Amazon should have an option to display the current price, and be in the currency of the customers country. Thank you again for your insight.

Thanks for asking! You can add more products or lists of products, but make sure they are all in the same niche. For example, top 5 climbing shoes under $100 or the best climbing shoe for wide feet. I hope that helps!
