@@katepbrown And I found it quite useful to develop this counter-measure of Assess-Strategize-React to the Automatic Stress Response. As of now I'm no pro yet, meaning that it's still taking a lot of mindfulness, but I do feel that with proper training it's possible to really internalize it so it becomes kind of second nature.
