People complaining about announcers lol. 10k tuned into the stream so seams like alot of people enjoyed good job FD gauntlet!
Watching and enjoying the ONLY professional drift series in the US and liking the announcers/judging are *not* mutually exclusive. If I was a multi-millionaire that could front the cash and actually pay drivers decent money for competing and winning, I'd make my own damn drift series. FD is bush league. They literally *just* started streaming in 1080 this season after we all complained about the trash coverage.

Also it seems to be a massive gap in skill level in fd from what ive seen it seems like the veterans almost always beat the young guns or worse drivers with no contest it kind makes battles uninteresting for the top 32 at least i.e. kyle mohan federico almost always get knocked out almost need something to level the playing fields
FD is becoming just as stale as D1. In a couple of years they'll decide to have automated judging for qualifying and the circle will be complete. RDS seems to be becoming the new series to watch
Two reasons for that, the best qualifier goes up against the weakest so you'll see a huge difference in skill there. The second is the budget. I just worked for Taguchi and JerryYangRacing in this competition and I had to buy my own plane ticket to work 12 hour days for free. We do it because we love it but we don't have no double-decker trailer... On the bright side, we made top 16 for once! Just gotta keep it positive.
@@ATLRIOT yeah i get the setup top qualifier battles the lowest. And budget plays a big role as far as teams go. And get why people do it and why you do thatand as someone who loves it too i want to see the sport do well and for others to see it and love it or at least see why we love it. That being said i think the rules could be adjusted to have more exciting battles throughout not just top 16 occasionally you se really good ones or close one more times but usually the big names stomp the little guys i just want to see tje lottle guys win for once

Is it just me or some of the announcers play favorites? A person could have a terrible lead and terrible follow, yet they won’t mention it and just keep bigging the person up. Then when everyone else messes up they point every little thing out

The announcers and judges are so dull. Skipped to first race, then continued to skip throughout. Really wish Formula D would invest into something.... 🤦♂️ now 10 min in I’m turning it off. I hope they can organize their advertisements better and provide the viewers more content.
