In fact, the hard drugs market has become even worse through the years. The drugs are spiced with bathing salts (zombie salt) and all sorts of other synthetic compounds. MDMA, coke and speed are the most "dirty" drugs mixed with synthetic compounds that destroy people. I would argue that the human garbage you are talking about are the drug dealers who sell dirty drugs. And the users become zombies or mentally ill. But where is the outrage? People die due to using hard drugs, not by smoking weed or hashish, and you focus on people smoking. Maybe you just need a scapegoat.

Just vote to make it legal, That's what happened in the US and let me tell you it's not easy but it passesed. I don't think drugs should be commercialized but also it's the only way to deal it right. Growing marijuana takes a lot of time resources and money so the people who are going to sell it deserve a fair pay.
