@@InkRQ jiren doesnt have god ki. It was never stated in the show whatsoever. Plus, everybody detected jirens power when he was powering up. That includes gohan, piccolo, kale, caulifla etc...

The only other instance we saw Fused Zamasu lose was with Hearts using the cube on him (Whatever that means) and Fused Zamasu being frozen in glass permanently in the SDBH manga.
But I still think Immortaility from the S dragon balls isn't something simple to deal with as they portrayed
