Hi mam, nan hdfc ergo health insurance purchase pannitan. During the activation of credit card, without my interest agent has pushed to purchase it. And they converted that total premium into 24 months and 1st month premium has debited from my account. They said we will process it and you can cancel it. I didn't receive hard copy i received a mail. How can i cancle this pls advise
Pls inform the insurance company quoting all the references you have including the policy number.
