    How does the water circulate inside the boiler when it comes from the hot well?

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  Год назад +2

      By circulating pump inlet out let goes to exh gas boiler heat up and then enter from the top of the boiler to steam drum .Then from water drum it will be sucked by the circulating pump back again to the system.Hot well does not have nothing to do with circulating pump.

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  2 года назад +2

      If alkalinity is more you just stop adding this chemical for alkalinity and with blowdown it will come to normal values.

      sir, its a imaginary question.
      suppose boiler burner is damaged or broken. but we need to produce steam.
      is there any emergency way to raise steam?

    • @ImeShort
      @ImeShort Год назад +1

      @@mec6953 normally you have second burner ready (stand-by).. also if ME is working half/full speed you can produce steam from exhaust gas economizer but its not enough if you have high demand.
