Hi it would be awesome if you tried Desert Island Blues map . Agaist all wolf , you beeing at the top right corner and you have 3 k gold and PC has 40k :D I tried it and it is very hard , they attack very fast and they are very close to you , so catapults and trebuchets are a problem , and of course few resources .
It's amazing to see that 3 years after his 9 year old videos, this guy still plays this game like a noob... still producing these shields and swords, when really only weapons worth producing and the best production building in game is flecher set to crossbow, huge profit as crossbows sell for alot and wood is basically free in this game. He even places inn close to stockpile, when it's the one of few buildings where placement almost doesn't matter and should be placed away and also walled to contain the drunkards. Also he gets normal archers raher than crossbowmen that are the best for defense as the mow down everything including swordsmen. Also waterpots are dumb. The only thing really effective against fire in this game is preventing it starting in the first place which is easy to do and as last resort, to stop the fire you just delete buildings on fire.
I used to love this game I still have it! I'm 27 now, used to just build on a custom map I made filled with loads of trees and deer and play peacefully 😂😂😂😂

I think it's hilarious that this game is set hundreds of years ago but the Lords somehow manage 2 send video messages 2 each other really amazing stuff when ya think about it lol
They are actually letters being sent, although it is sometimes senseless considering that when you are beseiging their castle and they are trapped in there, they still manage to send messages.............

Tips: how to add more troops in a tower, even the tall tower that only has 5 space. 1. Pick your troops 2. Click the left mouse simultaneously with pressing space 3. Make sure you place your pointer outside the edge of the tower's floor 4. Voilá 5. Dont forget to keep practicing bout this trick
I'm currently playing through modded Banished and I so wish there was a mod for this game's music, soundtrack and voice overs for Banished. Damn. I loved creating my castle, I remember I always did two friendlies, myself and two enemies then planted the friendlies next to my castle so they'll protect me as I built my castle in peace. 😂😂
I have a trick for you , First click on any working Factory , like some Weapon workshop or Wood cutter , then pause your game , after that , #double_click on the small symbol of zzzz which appear after clicking on any workshop . After double clicking , remove your pause and continue the game , you will see that 2 persons are working in one workshop instead of one . Repeating process will force 3 workers to work in a Workshop . Your will get the products in large quantity as 3 Workshops . This is very helpful in Weapon workshops , Iron mines , Wood cuttrs , Bakery , Food Farms . This trick is ineffective for Stone querry And Bull .
I would love to see a game mode like this on Mount & Blade II Bannerlord. On M&B Warband the closest thing I saw compared to this was a mod called Persistent World. IMO it would be interesting if there was a mod for Stronghold Crusader and Stronghold where the maps become bigger and had some gameplay elements from Age Of Empires. (unsure if there is a mod like that for this)
this happens when you dont play custom maps. The pre made maps are mostly crap when playing with computer controlled enemies because they need all ressources. Look at the castles of you enemies in that mach they werent finished because they had not enough ressources.
