My dad bought this album cause he liked the cover art. He didn't really care for the music, so he passed it on to me. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how I found one of the most amazing bands ever. :D
tjisatotalsellout Thank god someone finally said this. This is one of the first pop punk songs (exculding TSSF because his drumming is crazy good at times) that I don't think I could learn after a few listens.
Lucas Cameron Its a fairly easy song to play, I've already got it mostly down its just a couple little fills here and there and the ghost notes are slightly difficult. But in my opinion, Ryan Torf from TSSF, Mike Kennedy from The Wonder Years, Dani Abasi from Neck Deep and Evan Ambrosio from State Champs are the best drummers in pop punk right now
Thanks everyone for checking out the new video! If you dig it grab a preorder now before the cool packages are gone. hopelessrecords.com/lifesnotouttogetyou/
WREXHAM, WREXHAM! So proud of Neck Deep for representing Wrexham and North Wales like they do. As a local, it's great to see images of places you know in the video and have spent years hanging out at.
Dickslap Mcgee when did wonder years announce that?!?! This makes me even more stoked for this summer. TSSF, FYS, Neck deep, hundredth, counterparts and now wonder years!!

he's actually been great, i've noticed he mostly just yells in neck deep though (which isn't bad). but there are some covers ben did that are on youtube that are actually really good.
I fucking love this band...i thought Pop Punk was dead...but men this band..this band is something special. Im 25 and Pop Punk still my favorite Genre..and im from the GreenDay/Blink/Sum41 ERA .... PROPS to this band...Really awesome ..love every album.
Serious respect for these dudes. I love how pop punk is getting the credit it deserves right now. These guys know how to develop a catchy, thoughtful song that isn't generic. Can't wait for the rest of the album! *****

BTW between 0:23 and 0:24 listen to his last word of his sentnce carefully ...pitch correction guys... it's so cleanly recorded and worked it loses all his pureness.
Hold on a second, slow down. Wishful thinking was a great album. Yeah sure some tracks could have been done better. But songs like losing teeth, growing pains, damsel in distress and even candour were amazing
Don't get me wrong, I really like Wishful Thinking, but it was a bit too "soft" for me in comparison to Rain in July and AHOBD. This track is more like the EP which is amazing.
The guy at their merch table from their show last night was so appreciative, it made me love Neck Deep even more! Their fans mean really mean a lot to them.
0:46 there's something perfect about the delivery of "no way out", like something magic happened where the lyrics tapped into some deeper musical structure. I can only think of consonants in rap songs that have that kind of effect
This is what pop punk needed right now. A fun song. That tr00 sadboi shit is getting really annoying. It's good to see a bigger band take a step back towards the roots of pop punk. Hopefully this record will have some EZ too ;)
Lewis Edwards Not sure what EZ means, but by tr00 sadboi I think he's getting at all the whiny pop punk music about life sucking or girl troubles and all that cliché shit
TheVectorPrime98 Theres some great stuff coming out at the moment :) By the way I just covered this over on my channel, would really appreciate any feedback
Finally some fun poppunk........I like real friends, tssf, and citizen but all there songs are so sad. Neck Deep songs are just energetic. More fun to listen to 🎶🎵🎸
Gave up my spot at the barricade for Juliet Simms just to see these guys play at Warped Tour. It was a hard choice but I absolutely could not miss these guys playing my favorite song at the moment. Best decision ever!
i was a teenager in the late 90's early 00's pop punk was at its peak, blink 182,green day,sum 41,new found glory etc were huge then it died out for no reason suddenly, anything was being called pop punk. So it is really refreshing to here a new band of youngsters playing real pop punk :)
As much as I love Neck Deep, In my opinion, I don't like the way they edited his voice. It's sounds much better and less auto tuned on their previous albums.
Vibe Enigma Yeah, Ben actually changed his singing style a little. He's a lot better with pitch and his voice does this thing now that sounds a little like auto tune naturally, haha its weird, but its natural. No auto tune was used for this production. haha the cover art is amazing but music wow that's cool!
awesome!! ✌👽✌🍕
*cries because 22nd march*
Lauren Priestley i still listen to them everyday!
Lukas Vonhout same
think we all can agree this is one of the greatest pop punk songs ever written
Absolutely loving those ghost notes. Dani is a much better drummer than he gets credit for. I wish he showed his talent more
tjisatotalsellout Thank god someone finally said this. This is one of the first pop punk songs (exculding TSSF because his drumming is crazy good at times) that I don't think I could learn after a few listens.
He's done a great so far, they'll be even better in years to come.
Lucas Cameron Its a fairly easy song to play, I've already got it mostly down its just a couple little fills here and there and the ghost notes are slightly difficult. tjisatotalsellout dude. matt covey from such gold.
tjisatotalsellout agreed about ryan torf, but i think he is very underrated by people

You can tell the influence Jeremy put on this song holy shit
I forgot they worked together 😨😱 hell yeah no wonder this is so great
Ahhh you're right!
99% of punk pop bands talk about hating there town. and then theres neck deep
I grew in their town. It's a shithole, but it's our shithole
I mean I'm pretty sure they hate their town but it's the good times that made it bearable
Morgan Barr same, I’ve lived there my whole life and honestly even though it’s kinda rough around the edges, it’s still my home
I live where dan does and feel the same, its a sbithole bit its my shithole!!
@@NinjaPanda789 I grew up in a town the same, but down south. Hooray for growing up in the suburban wastes i guess
plot twist, pop-punk band loves their hometown. insanely good track though guys!
Lmao that was exactly what I thought
False - they choose to not come back to wales for the tour 😢
A pop punk band that doesn't hate their home!

That is true, but i really don't mind it.

New stuff's totally gonna slay, I can already tell by how much Ben's vocals have improved
What are your thoughts on ADAI?
tssf's new album and then man overboard's new tracks, and now neck deep. so much new releases today, i'm too excited! i can't handle it.
Abbiyuarsyah It's been a good day in the world of pop punk. (:
Four year strong just put out a new track. And don't forget the wonder years and knuckle puck have new albums coming.
You also can't forget the new state champs album that is due to come out this year
Abbiyuarsyah UGH YES!
Dickslap Mcgee when did wonder years announce that?!?! This makes me even more stoked for this summer. TSSF, FYS, Neck deep, hundredth, counterparts and now wonder years!!

These guys are the new age Sum41
Good shit
real good
Closer to New Found Glory than Sum 41 in my opinion, but to each his own!
Tyler O'Donnell Nah i still love Sum41 always will
Their earlier albums definitely! They were more rough on the edges like Sum 41. They softened up a little but they have way catchier choruses now. IMO
I think they are adtr without screaming
i would say more like the offspring, but definatly 90's punkrock influence

Bowling For Soup tho
Dude I'm almost 40 and pop punk for life
Dang you 31 now
This song is peak pop punk in my opinion. It’s exactly what I want from the genre. Best pop punk song ever.
This kind of music needs to be played in the radio. There are so many great bands that don't get radio play and instead they play a bunch of crap
Closest thing we can get to 90's and 2000's pop punk/punk rock
Honestly, this song reminds me of the roots of pop punk, it's great.
I love how that foam finger says "crushin' teeth and losin' grief" and that its in almost all the music scenes. Sick song!
Now THIS I can dig, this is so much better than their past stuff. Keep transforming into an EZ band boys.
From hanging around with you guys in school to watching you all on stage is amazing, proud of you guys

I gave up on pop-punk until i heard this. This song gives me hope for a revival.
This is why neck deep is my favorite! They never disappoint
I loved the new TSSF album but this is more of my style. Neck Deep is the best pop punk band at the moment
Man this genre really takes me back to being 14 again in a good way. Thanks, RT for showin me em!
I really, really dig this video. Great job! This track's already better than every song on WIshful Thinking.
Hold on a second, slow down. Wishful thinking was a great album. Yeah sure some tracks could have been done better. But songs like losing teeth, growing pains, damsel in distress and even candour were amazing
Luke McGuire and yet, he's stlll saying that this is better, which means it must be a great track!
Rizz3n What about Crushing Grief, guys?
I think it's one of their Best songs, even though it doesn't sound like their EPs

Ugh Jesus... This song is so perfect. Reminds me of late 90s punk. So perfect. Never got into Neck Deep until this song. 100% yes
So many vibes listening to this after having their CS:GO music kit for so long..

As much as I love Neck Deep, In my opinion, I don't like the way they edited his voice. It's sounds much better and less auto tuned on their previous albums.
I thought the same thing it doesnt sound as "raw" as it used to
I couldn't agree more, his voice was unique when it wasn't edited
Same. I feel that raw vocals and their lyrical styling made them. Still a good song though
Vibe Enigma Auto-tune? Dude, its just layering. If anything you're getting more of the same voice.
Vibe Enigma Yeah, Ben actually changed his singing style a little. He's a lot better with pitch and his voice does this thing now that sounds a little like auto tune naturally, haha its weird, but its natural. No auto tune was used for this production. I kept the tuning pretty natural. (I recorded, edited, and mixed this album btw)
New music from Neck Deep/TSSF/Man Overboard/Chunk all at the same time. My heart can't take this overload.
Anyone still loving this song
I love how their bearded guitarist is obviously a tortured metal head bringing the headbang to a pop punk band. God speed son. *sniff* God speed.
my phone doesn't have enough space for all these new albums hELP
this was pop punk like 15 years ago. And God is still perfect.
Yes boys! Sounds like NFG, but since when has that been a bad thing!

Fuck yeah! NFG fuckin rocks.
NFG are pretty much the kings of Pop-Punk. So it's never bad for another pop-punk band to be influenced by them
You're right! New Found Glory - Connect The Dots ))) but it's better than anyone else
