  • Often I’ll look at what flavors to pair with certain cuts of meat. One of the first to come to mind is almost always Korean flavors. And when it was time to smoke up some Pork Belly, I knew that combining that with my chosen flavor would lead to some delicious Korean Pork Belly Sliders.

I noticed you are using Kingsford briquettes. Just wanted to recommend B&B Charcoal, competition oak briquettes. B&B are about 3 times the density as the Kingsford, they hold extremely consistent temps and last much longer and in my opinion, turn out much higher quality food due to being less ashy and being made from quality ingredients.

I’ve tried every kind of briquette and personally none have worked any better than Kingsford. Just my experience 😊

I noticed that you have the temperature gauge near the top vent, do you have a video how to install the gauge near the top vent? Thanks and great work on the sliders👍
