I'm low carb high protein but occasionally I'll eat a pasta / macaroni salad that I make homemade. I will try yours next time. Mine is simple and really good yours looks good and totally different I guess it depends on grocery cost like artichoke hearts as to how much they cost on that salad. Food prices are ridiculous.
Amazingly Simple Rye I will definitely get these 3 sides a go my family always ask me to add more sides dishes there definitely going to my Rye recipe book 📖 and I adapted the jar method to my mixing game Thank Big Rye💜👍🏾✌🏾🙏🏾

I've actually used the artichoke heart marinade for a quick dressing, too. Works great!

The potato salad and macaroni salad have my names alllllll over them. The pasta salad too, but I'm not big on tomatoes or olives.

A lot of the nutrients are in the potatoe salad skins I leave them on also even in mashed potatoes.
