hey i just tried this recipe for my mum’s birthday and it was successful! super moist and spongey! i added 1/4 cup thawed frozen-berries which added a great contribution to both taste and texture. highly recommend!! ❤️

Did u use the electric beater? Also the eggs has to be room temperature..
