The best fish shop we've been to. Richard and Alan are amazing blokes. The staff have time for all people in the hobby. Fountains of knowledge and always put the fish first! Can't wait to see their tanganyikan display tank!
Don't get sunburn Paul😉 One of the things I miss having moved to Canada from England-no shop here comes close Always the highest standards and friendliest staff Love the Channa species they have
Fantastic shop mate and a great group of lads that are very good fishkeepers too and as for Alan he is a legend love his work and was very lucky to get something very nice and special from him too
Great tour mate! I've actually got a 5 star general. Had it for about 2 years. They are ridiculously aggressive and predatory. You can only really keep them in a mated pair or with other hemichromis (I keep mine with a group of turkana jewells). Like all hemichromis, they are as hard as nails and will live happily in most parameters.
Hi Paul great video I can't wait to see your next one I'm sure you must have picked up something while you were there ,I know the way you are you're like me you're weak when it comes to really nice fish ,anyway congratulations on all the great videos and fish that you own
Biker, by sheer, buy char.. I haven't got a clue either, mate. I'm still trying to pronounce Beta. Loved the tour of Wharf, mate. Rob tells me it's an amazing shop. I was really loving tje wild type angels and the discus in that video.
Snakeheads used to be legal here, no longer. Paul ive had 5 star generals before, also know as pocket battleships. Imagine. 5 -6 inch fish destroying a large green terror..ask me how i know😢 fantastic tour! If i ever make it to england wharf is a place i want to visit! Sajica!! On my list, araguia❤❤❤
@@benhopwood5321 you can ask ask many questions as you want, but people will just lie. Although, if they're selling a monster fish or if they don't know you/ you seem to be a beginner, wharf will certainly ask you questions. Since Brexit the price of fish, like everything has gone up, as we can't get as many boxes of fish etc through the borders due to the amount of paperwork etc, but I've never had an issue with wharfs prices personally

I don't think there is a "best shop" because there are very few that actually care who they sell the fish etc to and they are all way over priced.
