Locs aren't for everyone...you definitely have to have confidence in the baby loc stage...it's about the journey...you have to embrace it and enjoy it...I agree..my locs are long now and I don't have many transition photos
I LOVED my baby loc stage and I took lots of photos to track my journey/length. This year would be year 4 and I don’t think I ever got as many compliments in my natural state as I do loc’d up.
Yes and if you see what their hair looked like, that's what they're talking about in this video. When you first start your loc/natural hair journey it's giving fraggle rock lol
It wasn’t so much about getting used to natural hair. It’s getting used to beginner baby locs. I’ve been natural since 05. Done whole buzz cuts. Just no locs

It means she's doesn't think her face is beautiful enough on its own to go without the long silky wigs. The fraggle rock era is when you first start your loc/natural hair journey.
The shock of seeing what you really look like is crazy!!! Some of these broads might not know lol
😂😂😂 She’s referring specifically to the baby starter looks

What does” fraggle rock era face “mean?
Those initial starter locs that do what they want.
I think she means when your locs are growing out and some stick up and are unruly

The way she worded that, “fragile rock era face” was offensive. I’m shocked that no one was offended by that 👀 but to each his own I guess 🤷🏽♀️
