Cumbria Way - Day 1: Ulverston to Coniston

The Cumbria Way, on the hangover from England's Euro 2024 exit couldn't have posed a larger more daunting task at the outset... but as the day grew longer the beauty and serene nature erased any memory of the night before. Emrald paddock and age old dry stone created a mosaic of green pathways and trails that cured and lured two lads further than they thought possible at such a low ebb as the day begun.
