Seems superficial like it’s a false sense of security, a false gospel. A false church, showing false love, a kundalini spirit. ( false Holy Spirit)
Some pastors like to be worshipped. Idol worship is not who Jesus is. He is so humble, the Holy Spirit is not controlling.
It’s sad because many pastors should never have been ordained as pastors.
Many are called but few are chosen.
If people can’t come to the church for healing and deliverance, and guidance where can they go?
It’s possible many of his members are hurting but they won’t receive the healing they need because u just can’t laugh your problems away. Praying many will wake up including the pastor.

This is why it’a so important to study the word for yourself. This young lady said she was attracted to the church because there was no conviction of her own actions and it made her feel good. The Bible said in the last days people will preach to those having “itching ears” (paraphrasing) and that’s what these mega churches do. A lot of what she said the church does goes against the Bible

Exactly . The part about no conviction is what’s driving people to mega churches . Burds of the same feather flock together . In a joyful tone those of us who are not in the flesh and walking in it are like eagles . We see sharper and clearly even from the highest altitude as an eagle can see fish in the depth of a sea or ocean . Holy Spirit inspired Conviction is the platform to rocket your faith in God and to soar higher with Jesus Christ . I pray those in that church and ever church like or similar be awakened out of this death sleep of man made sermons teachings and charisma .

I used to watch Mike Todd. He actually has had some strong biblical teachings and I believe he started sincere, but it slowly became more about theatrics and money. There’s a reason why the Bible warns against a novice in the faith being a pastor (1 Timothy 3:6). There’s a reason why Jesus said you can’t serve both God and money (Matthew 6:24). There’s a reason why he says it’s hard for a rich man to get into heaven (Mark 10:25).
I pray he repents and returns to his first love.

I think he’s a novice in terms of taking it serious. He might’ve always been around it but once it took it serious his rise to power was quick and you can tell he still had some theology to work out. You can also see the pride that came with his success.. which is what 1 Timothy 3 warns against.

@@sylvonnahharv5849 by repent I don’t mean for a specific sin, I just mean to turn. I’d love to see him turn towards just teaching the Bible and away from the focus on theatrics and prosperity gospel. I’ve enjoyed some sermons when he used the theatrics to bring the Bible to life, but recently it’s been more of a distraction in my opinion. I’m not condemning him to hell or anything.. I just think people who watch him would be more spiritually edified if the focus was the Bible. When I watch Mike Todd now I feel like I’m watching a motivational speaker as opposed to getting spiritually edified and that wasn’t always the case. I loved his series Forgiveness University for instance.

What's crazy is I remember a sermon from MT a few years back where he was putting down churches for having the front rows set aside for higher ups or anyone really. And even though its a small thing it's proving that so much has changed. His past messages were so much more genuine and included convictions and hard truths, as well as being much more bible based.

So church has a culture. Volunteerism to move the agenda of the church forward IS church culture. Having a positive attitude IS church culture. Feeling responsible for the salvation of others IS church culture. Its not a mega church thing. People who have not grown up in the church raise eyebrows or don’t really get it. But those who have know that this is common, normal, and expected. It is church culture.

And they accompanied him unto the ship.

That’s because they usually have cell groups with a person in charge of the group that is the pastor of the group. When there is thousands of people attending one church it is impossible for one man to have an individual relationship with that many people. The members don’t even know everyone that are members. Most of the time there are two or more services on Sundays. That is one reason why I enjoy a smaller church group. We get to know and enjoy fellowship with each other as well as with the pastor also.

The part she mentioned about volunteering was something similar to the church I grew up in my whole life. If you weren't serving in the church, something was wrong with your walk. Also, if you didn't know your spiritual gifts, you weren't walking hard enough. They were big on spiritual gifts. I grew up in a non demoniational church. I was sexually assaulted in my church and treated like I was the problem and not him. Growing up there from 4 to, I wanna say 24 was horrible. I've been rocky in my faith for a long time, for more reasons than all that. I do hope one day, I find my way back. I struggle with depression a lot and mental health issues, and I was treated wrongly. For that. I was told the reason was bc I didn't have enough faith or pray hard enough. It makes me wonder at times if I ever knew Jesus at all. There's more that goes into all this. But this video reminded me of that. Thank you to this brave woman for her gentle heart and story♡

I just stopped watching, God gave me discernment about Mike. At the beginning of my faith walk, I loved transformation church! I was craving to get to know Jesus. I was so happy! Then after a while I kept seeing videos on why to stop watching transformation church. But from my perspective, I’m a big believer and not judging people, and I would go to bat for him. Calling people out, etc. I recently just got into God’s word ( the Bible) and ever since then so much discernment and even more videos were popping out about transformation church. I recently watched this past Sundays sermon and the way he would preach and the things that he would say and do made me look at him funny and not receive anything that he was saying anymore. Not even the praise and worship team moved me anymore. Because tbh the way Michael Todd speaks in church, it’s almost to the point where people are glorifying HIM, instead of Glorifyijg the Lord. And I just can’t get down with that. Mike Todd is not about to have me burning in hell

I am pleased with her honesty. She's definitely proof that these false prophets cater to the child in people: Children don't know anything about accountability and responsibility unless they're taught it. That's exactly what conviction is: Being held accountable and responsible for your behavior.
People by nature hate being told what to do in the first place and it's even worse when that childish and selfish aspect isn't curbed with discipline.
This is the age of narcissm and selfishness. It's an " What's in it for me?" world.
False prophets like Mike Todd appeal to this because he himself is like that.
He likes the power and money but no accountability and responsibility

As someone to use to attend and no longer goes,This is very interesting. I even used to attend transformation all the way back when he was just the youth pastor and it was titled “So Fly”
    1. why do you expect volunteers to come up and play nice when they are at the gym to work out??!? She even said it “you can’t be happy all the time”
Then don’t expect that from the volunteers you see out in public. Like huh.
    2. Why not give the name of the person who harassed you and your sister?? Why continue to protect them?
    3. the situation where your sister “almost” met him. Is he just supposed to look everyone in the eye whilst he walks past them? did she even try to speak? Or just stand there and wait for him to notice her? 🤔
    4. What’s wrong with everyone having a smile on their face when you show up? And volunteering??how do you expect to go to a church like that, and no expect a push of volunteerism?!?
Like..lmao!! Do yall want people to be upset when they greet you?? I’m so confused on some of yall statements. Like these people are still human.
    5. Questioning him buying out a Nike store and handing out shoes is ridiculous!! Yall want him to do stuff for the community and when he provides shoes for kids it’s a problem?? Lmaaaoo
Do you know how many kids are homeless JUST in Oklahoma??
There are some valid things in this video, but some of this stuff seems nit picky and misinterpreted…

I believe Pastor Mike Todd is becoming more and more realer and raw regarding the teachings of the Bible. He's changed over the years (which should happen), and in his voice I hear confidence in God and God's word which is what most Christians need but don't have. He's doing his best way he can to get as many people drawn into the kingdom as possible, especially the younger generation which we should appreciate with all the sex education, porn, drugs, fear, anxiety and depression being impressed in the youths minds. What he says may come out strong sometimes even for me but his intentions are what I look at. People, extract truth from what he says before you get offended.

    • @kawesibrownx3

I totally agree! I think people are so used to the traditional way of church that when God starts using a pastor in a new way they don't know how to take it so they immediately want to attack and say he's not truly a man of God. Not trying to compare him to Jesus but to give an example, Jesus came and was ministering to the people the non-traditional way and even on the Sabbath for which it was prohibited and they weren't used to that. That's why they didn't believe in him, thought he was a rebel and a outlaw and crucified him. We got to get out of that place of where we can't accept anything new. God works on different levels and He uses different people to minister to different people in the way that He knows they will be touched and will receive it. I have been listening to Michael Todd for years now and I can honestly say it wasn't until I started listening to him that I started being able to receive God in a way that I have never received before. I started to understand His word in a way that I never understood it before. It changed my life. I don't idolize man so I'm not trying to put Michael Todd on type of pedestal, but his obedience to the way that God wants him to speak his word touched me in a way that I had never felt before. And I was a part of my old church for over 20 years and still was not fed the way I was being fed from transformation church. It's okay if you don't feel like you're getting the message that you need from a specific church, just don't attack that Pastor, Bishop or Apostle because of it It just may not be where you need to be. So ask God to lead you where you need to be. It sounds like she is where I was at one time when I was looking for MAN to give me what only God could give me. I thought that my bishop was going to be the one to transform me inside and grow me in Christ when the truth is that only comes from Christ himself so you have to have a relationship outside of church with God in order to be able to receive the messages that God is speaking through your pastor. If she still felt like she was living in sin and could do whatever she wanted to, that was something personal within her that she needed to go before God with, not something that came from Pastor Michael Todd. That's why I always tell everybody it is so important to know the Bible not just so you can make sure that the pastor is telling the truth but so that you can be able to receive correctly the messages that they're given. I think we get so wrapped up in criticizing the church that we forget about the enemies plan to kill, steal and destroy and that he will do that by any means even causing separation from the church and will have us thinking we got good reason to when it's all a part of his plan to keep you bound. I pray that God will come in and reveal to her what's going on inside of her that needs to be healed and delivered. Because no matter what church she goes to, with her current mindset, she's going to always find reason to leave and that's what the enemy wants.

I understand that false Prophets must be called out but I also think it's really important that we as the body of Christ are led by the Holy Spirit when calling out leaders and our brothers and sisters! Sometimes we as Christians can be more ridiculing than the world to one another! The world has no problem judging or persecuting the church.....We should follow those called to leadership as long as we see the fruits of the spirit, once this is no longer present and evident, it's time to go! Are people coming to Christ, is the word being taught, is unconditional love exhibited,, are there outreaches from the ministry helping the community and the poor? We have to be careful that we as Christians don't assist the enemy with division and discord within the body of Christ! Praying for Pastor Mike Todd and the TC family!🙏🙏🙏

Goodness I have so much to say. This interview is bias. I'm very sorry to say, but Julia you seem like a person who bought into the Man of God. You weren't attending for God. You were attending and trying to please the Man of God by works. At one point in the video you stated you never met some of the pastoral staff. I'm not sure why that was important to you but okay. |Pastor's Up Front|Also, that individual's who are up front near the Pastor are his people. In all churches the pastoral staff does have that area reserved for them. We didn't get to witness Jesus and the disciples first hand but where do you think they would have been? I'm pretty sure close to Jesus. As they are in relationship with him. |Illustration| Pastor use illustration. What was Jesus using? He never used the same method twice. Once he used mud/ spit/ his breath/ and so much more. What about God and the fig tree? What about Moses and Pharaoh? |Plagiarizing| You can't plagiarize the word of God. Myles Munroe was an inspiration. There are a lot of things said in this video. We are created in the Image of God. This video scare me as a lot of people are fans. Then get very jaded by not being able to get close to a person. He is a person. The interviewer to me is dead set on making this man out to be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Then Julia was a fan. I'm glad you left and I hope that you don't follow a man again. I pray that you recognize that this was you flocking to a person and not God. |Money| Mad because her sister couldn't money, but why couldn't she help? Was her sister a member of the church? |Volunteering| She felt pressured to volunteer but was put off when there was no one to be there for her? Moses could not serve everyone and his father-n-law had to advise him to set up the elders to
    help. |Final Thoughts| Both of
these people still watch seemingly every week. I'm glad that you are now reading the word for yourself it was always your charge.

It’s important to meet your pastor because they are called to shepherd the body. Celebrity pastors don’t care for them and don’t get in the “low level”
The text in James that was reference LITERALLY condemns saving the best seats in the house for the “elites”
      Myles munroe was a heretic.
If this video scares you it shows how much you are brainwashed in false doctrine and scripture isn’t your ultimate authority. We gave biblical reasons for why Mike Todd is problematic
Much of your critique is assuming motives of me and the guest.

@@Kdubtru This is the passage that given to refer to the church being out of order. James 2:3-4 New Living Translation (NLT)
If you give special attention and a good seat to the rich person, but you say to the poor one, “You can stand over there, or else sit on the floor”. If the Executive Pastor of the Church is seating on the front row of the church this is the reasoning for them being out of order? She literally stated Charles and the pastoral staff are sitting at the front of the church and what she perceived to be his friends seating in special seats. So that they can Amen him. That passage of James was referring to not this as you as trying to make it seem. It was talking about giving special treatment to a rich man over a poor one due to outward appearances not because someone serves in the church.
Did not the tribe of the Israelites have individuals set in different places according to the need of the church. Everyone is to do there part.
Where in the Bible does it stated that the Pastor must meet with every single person under his spiritual authority?
In fact it states the opposite. We must be wise and careful. Moses Shepherds a large flock and he was getting burned out by the people; so he appointed elders. Numbers 11:16-17. Even the disciples had to do this.
      Acts 6:1-6
Now at this time while the disciples were increasing in number, a complaint arose on the part of the Hellenistic Jews against the native Hebrews, because their widows were being overlooked in the daily serving of food. So the twelve summoned the congregation of the disciples and said, “It is not desirable for us to neglect the word of God in order to serve tables. Therefore, brethren, select from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we may put in charge of this task.
If Jesus was walking this Earth you would probably be calling him a Celebrity Pastor. This is exactly what the Pharisees and Sadducees were doing. They saw large amounts of people flocking to Christ and decided in their hearts he was a false prophet and needed to be stopped. But God judges the heart and can not be fooled. In the latter part of this interview you stated jokingly I should go there but they probably won't let me in. What is your motivation? Is it to uncover a wolf in sheep's clothing. Or is it to get more content for RUclips? How many more videos do you have planned to say this man is a fake? How many do you currently have? I stumbled across this video and yes I'm troubled because the division of the body. We all must have Spiritual Discernment. Jesus told us all to test the fruit in the parable of the fig tree. If Myle Monroe and Pastor Mike weren't and aren't bearing the proper fruit. They will stand before him and give account; as we all will.

Mike, Todd is actually an evil genius! He does not present the entire play. He presents segments clips parts, because he knows that each part he present everyone that has a channel will speak about it, which will keep him relevant, which will keep him viral, which will keep money coming into his pocket. No one is talking about that. No one is looking at that big picture, I’ll give you a clip here. I’ll give you scene there. He keeps everyone wanting more. You guys got a remember bad publicity is still publicity which allows his name and his church to keep on flourishing and keeps being a topic of discussion on everyone’s channel, think about it.

I have no clue what’s going on but I’ve seen just a couple clips here and there. I used to watch Michael Todd but then I feel like God led me to stop maybe 2 or 3 years ago. This happened with other pastors as well, usually something does end up happening maybe months or so later. Bottom line, the Holy Spirit gives us discernment and we have to yield to His leading. It’s nice and convenient to be able to just turn on a teaching and listen but first and foremost, we need to go to God and get in our word. It can’t just be fed to us. Read the Bible and ask for God to give you wisdom. I pray the best for Michael Todd.

You probably won’t allow this comment because it’s “attacking” her, but Mike Todd himself is quick to apologize for his shortcomings and admit he’s not as “qualified” as other teachers. I grew up in a legalistic church and hated myself and was driven by shame. I watch Mike Todd and have so much more joy. I tithe, am careful about what I watch on tv and have quit the dating scene completely until God brings the right man to me. The church is not responsible for your maturity in Christ, you are.

He’s not preaching a false gospel. The gospel is that Christ came to die for our sins and whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life! He preaches that! Jesus also said to preach this gospel accompanied with casting out demons and healing the sick Matthew 10:8. Are you doing that, if not then you are not following the full instructions of Christ. No one is going to preach the message you 100% want to hear even the sharpest preacher is going to leave something out. I think this is more about not liking the personality of the person preaching mixed with jealousy.

Every false teacher preaches Christ crucified at some point. But they’re not telling people to REPENT and Die to themselves. They encourage people rather, to fulfill their lusts and desires and that Christ is the means to fulfilling your “wildest dreams”. Wolves in sheeps clothing are just that. They’ll preach enough gospel where they’ll get people defending them saying “look they preach Jesus died for your sins”, but they’ll completely miss the mark when it comes to things like sanctification and they’ll make up their own doctrines or believe heresies like oneness. Of course no preacher is perfect that’s not the point.
