Great video. # We are what we train
Sir does eliminating the SSC improves explosiveness, power and elastic recoil? Like the seated jumps and paused reps?
Thank you ❤❤

I love your videos, can u make a video on how to gain muscle whilst boxing 4 times a week. I’m a boxer at 6,2 and fought at 78kg but I felt like a twig I also wanna look the part so how can I put in lean muscle while boxing as well. I’m scared of doing bodybuilding exercises to bulk up as I’m scared it will slow me down
You bulk up primarily by eating not by bodybuilding exercises, and that's the simple answer: eat more.
@@jeangove01 well yeah but most of that is gonna turn into fat if you don’t lift while you’re bulking
@@_____J_____ Yes but still. From lifting alone you don't gain bulk, which the OP here seems to think. Extra food creates bulk. What you do or don't do at the gym and elsewhere then defines whether that bulk is mostly fat or also muscle . Because you'll always get some fat from bulking.
There's also a lot of misperception due to widespread use of steroids amongst bodybuilders and people think either that the moment they touch a dumbbell they're going to transform into the Incredible Hulk or that they need to eat huge amounts of calories in order to gain muscle. And neither of these are true.

Please make a video on tendons
I feel attacked.
you are wrong tho
to play guitar fasr, you have to play it slow
When learning the guitar yes.... But after you've learned it if you don't play it fast you can't play it fast. It's like learning the form of squatting slowly...but after you've done it... You squat faster to replicate game like situation where you have to explode for a sprint or a jump...anyways not an expert. I just shared what I observed
why the f you say 'leiki' when the right word is 'like'
maybe not his first language, calm down
"genetikilee"
dude what you speak??
