I have a 2012 volkswagon cc sport i have the phone amd bluetooth buttons and the bluetooth option in media BUT i dont have the phone option doesnt show up on the dash
I have a RNS 510 (VW) and my phone connect with my car but I can’t connect with media. When I call Someone my phone, I can see my radio in Speaker & TV and if I end the call, my phone disconnected and I can’t find something in Speaker & TV. Pls help
that’s a good questions, there is a bluetooth module receiver in the 2012 radio that helps connect with devices. you just gotta make sure that the radio you get has that included. you should be alright
@@guitarforall its not that hard to install factory bluetooth. You'll need the module, fakra D antenna, microphone and the wiring loom. Once installed, code using vcds and it will function just like yours.
@@bewarecruture i go to the settings on the radio and disable AUX. there’s usually a little box that has a check mark in it and i just uncheck it so it turns off the AUX setting all together.
bro, i have golf 6 with bluetooth option. But it says that my phone is not compatible with the car and can only be connected to Samsung. Do you maybe have a solution
@@jesusordonez5181 most bluetooth receivers in older volkswagens are weak and don’t really connect to well. best thing you could do is delete all the user profiles in the Volkswagen dashboard menu, and create a new profile for yourself. Because the system automatically scans through every profile to see if it’s in range to connect .. so having 1 single profile could provide a quicker and straight forward connection to your phone.
you scroll down in the menu on the dashboard and it’ll say “new user” and you click it and open your bluetooth settings on your phone device. it should come up as VW CC PHONE
Thanks, did the trick on my 2012 CC!

@@kylefrancis2748 does the sound come through all the speakers before it fades to the front?
Yeah, it works perfectly fine with the radio
@@kylefrancis2748 it might the amplifier under the passenger seat. sometimes those are faulty. Has anyone messed with the wiring in your car before?
That’s a possibility because I did a paint job on it and just got it back. But wouldn’t that affect the entire system including the radio?
@@kylefrancis2748 i never heard of that one before, after market speakers could cause that as well if the incorrect cables are used

most of the bluetooth receivers in the older volkswagens are outdated and don’t really perform too well.

Amazing how complicated
@@DeathMetalBIH it really is, after the 2012 models .. they have been much easier to connect via bluetooth.
