Where do I buy the new wheels. I've been all over the travelpro site, found the part # and can't find anywhere to actually buy the wheels. So frustrating!!!!
My 4 year old Platinum Elite Travelpro luggage does not have a zipper access to expose the wheels on the interior of the bag. Do I just punch an access hole? Travelpro's website doesn't seem to offer much in the way of instructions.
This is not helpful as 1. The screw is stripped on my luggage and 2. I was sent the entire base with all 4 wheels. This is so frustrating and my suitcase is only 2 months old.
My bag came with one of the magnets flipped on the wheel! (so it opposes the straight line direction instead of snapping to it) Is there an easy way to remove the magnet and flip it around or do I have to replace the entire wheel?
@@lucymitchell5756 I had to replace the entire wheel. I called the luggage repair centers myself and one of them gave me a wheel (when I gave them the style id and stuff so they could claim for it I’d guess). Good luck!
