They should guve the mig 29smt its IRST 3rd gen thermal system, it is built into the plane and uses the IRST to display a thermal view of 90 degrees to each side and -15/+60. This would let it use things such as kh 25ml and kab 500l
The MiG-29SMT and Su-25SM3 are useless now, what’s the point of bringing them when you have Su-34 and Su-27SM with better loadout and same BR. Gaijin is so stupid when it comes to managing the BRs and vehicles.
@PanzerSteinn fr that is true, they could add ECM pod to the su 25sm3 and give the mig 29smt thermal view which would help its case, the su 27sm could also get the sapsan 3rd gen thermal pod to help it. All of these have been accepted but gaijin does nothing, it has been 6 months atleast for all of them being accepted.

Bro can intercept multiple missiles at the same time with pantsir, by setting the target selection key to lock the radar, then lock 1 of the missiles flying in the group launching the interceptor missile and press the target selection side to lock the radar and launch. next interceptor missile.
