    In this video, Prof. John Ahr introduces you to guest instructor Prof. Jennifer Monroe. Prof. Monroe demonstrates how to make both wire and tube rivets.
    These cold connections are great for joining objects when heat cannot be used. For example, you can use rivets to anchor a shell to a surface. They are also a great way to add visual interest to a piece. Even if they aren't structurally functional, rivets can really give a piece a cool industrial look.
