      @@pbjvdbb Excellent, you are starting out your pup for success, Steves is good for puppies, just make sure you go on their website to find the exact amount to feed your puppy and remember puppies need to eat three times a day, use their feeding calculator and if you have any questions email them or call to get the right measurements. The puppy stages set your dog up for a healthy life. AND Congratulations!!!! Those puppy months are something you will never forget, here is a TIP, wear rain boots in the house so your puppy does not nip your ankles!!!

    Thanks for the review and discount. I am using Carna 4, but is so expensive. I can afford Steve's real food because it is one third the price. Maybe a better food to.

    Correction to my post. Steve real food is about the sam price as Carna 4 , but without all the carbs and better ingredients.

    • @cutthekibble2874
      @cutthekibble2874  Год назад

      Yes you really can not compare. Carna4 (while one of the better kibbles) is not comparison to Steves Real Food. Carna 4 has lots of carbs including peas, sweet potatoes, carrots, rice, potato starch, 2 types of lentils, all of which is not species appropriate for a dog. Steves is 80% animal protein.

    so cute...how many feedings do you give Misha a day? I'm really so hesitant to not make my own dog food for my immune suppressed Daisy she has yeast allergies. She's doing so well. But it becomes so much work and I'm not getting any younger and something to give me a break would help.
    She avoids all vaccines except when due for her teeth cleanings vet requires rabies vaccine : /
    Also what do you do for Flea/tic prevention for your Meshia? We have finally had so much rain and I'm afraid of flea. I currently use all natural yard and sprays called Frontline. The Lemongrass I have found will bring a vast amount of bees almost immediately if sprayed outside. I also mix my own.
    Thank you

      @cutthekibble2874  Год назад

      Hi I feed Misha twice a day and would do that regardless of what food you give your dog. I would suggest calling Steves Real Food and perhaps they can suggest what protein (if any) of their selection to give your sweet Daisy. I home cooked for 13 years for 2 dogs and OMG I am NOT missing it one bit and Im 63 and that is one reason I stopped. For Flea and Tick I do Wondercide spray and check him every day during tick season.

      Good question! Right now Misha is a puppy and eating twice as much but I did ask and when Misha turns one he will be eating at the adult weight and it will be around $20 extra per month. My grocery bills are SO much less and and I am at the grocery store less time cause I am not looking for good sales for my dog.
