- I totally did not expect my BMW F30 335i to sound this good after upgrading the exhaust system and not touching the factory downpipe. I am convinced that the N55 engine is one of the best sounding engines!

N55 was sounding fire without the pops but guess that’s personal preference

I actually like oem burble, my ewg n55 has mppk burble with mhd tune stage 2+ e20. 408whp, 470 torque. She pulls hard.
Sounds great! The OG m2 with the N55 sounds better than the comp and probably better than the brand new m2 I reckon. The N55 sounds so good

Honestly the best sound on a n55 is catless and straight pipe when I had my e90 n55 I went threw vrsf with the muff then I just took it off and put the race pipes in permanently

The issue is the droning, I have mine straight piped and yeah it sounds good but the droning is killing me

N55 is a beautiful sounding engine, still think its the best sounding turbo inline 6. B58 is good too but i like the high pitched wail

The entire turboback exhaust was completely stock before this? I thought it sounded pretty good. Looking at getting one of these and trying to keep it 'mature' lol

I have a F30 335 I’m looking for a nice exhaust setup, Something Raw and aggressive but not TOO LOUD Or Obnoxious… Any recommendations?
Best exhaust for an n55 is get a catless downpipe and do a straight pipe with a valve muffler, its best of both world and you can retain oem valve function driving on the highway, a full straight pipe with no valve is stupid

hey man i have a 2012 f30 335i and i can’t get mhd to connect to the car i have the mhd adapter and a cheap amazon one the cheap amazon works for bimmercode no problem and has connected to mhd for a bit twice before, but with the mhd adapter nothinflg seems to work i can connect to bimmercode but always lose connection or get an error and not once have i been able to connect to mhd with it. anyone have any idea what my problem may be ? i’ve heard that some dme need sn unlock before anything. thanks ahead of time just tryna tune my car 😢

I have a E90 320d lci lately i have observed hearing engine noise inside the cabin i dont know if i have to be worried about it or it is normal
When i checked the decibles it was around 60 db
Please help if i should be worried about it or it is normal

i was actually expecting you guys to do a titanium Valve Master Exhaust.....this AWE exhaust is soooo overdone.... and I personally hate the sound of it...also put an fi downpipe... either a catless or sportcat by FI (Frequency Intelligent)....

I’m looking it into a f30 335i preferably 2014+. I’m curious about the X drive system and the reliability I live in Canada so majority of them are x drive
B58 is more reliable and better version i guess you should go for 340s
Xdrive is essential in snow condition’s, even with my all seasons the car never slips, it’s crazy, but my winters are going on regardless in 2 days. xDrive does mean more expensive repairs when stuff goes wrong with the drivetrain though, but that’s rare. 340i’s are great too but the market for them has blown up too much right now imo
In canada as well got a 435i gran coupe way better then the f30.. i get compliments everywhere i go. Try and go for a 440i gran coupe if not a 435i is good and reliable as well 440 is just more stronger and you can make more power if you mod it. Stock vs stock there isnt that much difference. My 435i gran coupe has the M peformance kit with the exhaust sounds good for stock. i could probably beat a base model 440i or 340i without the mppsk as my car comes 340 hp stock. X drive is good but you will need winter tires in servere winter conditions as im currently stuck in a snow storm as im typing this lol ( seasonal runflats )

Sounds horrible with the burbles. No burbles sound a lot cleaner IMO. The pops and bangs should sound and come off natural on an exhaust. Using software for synthetic fake artificial pops and bangs is a new form of rice IMO.

@@markburkey6371 I'm still twin turbo stock exhaust. But I gotta say My Z4 sounds just like that car. I did the vacuum delete on the right side and the dual cone intake and my Z4 sounds just as good.
@@vintagetrk you have to have them side by side, the N54 is very raspy... Almost like the s55(which starts to sound like an open header four-cylinder)

This one doesn’t sound bad at all tho…but now I know what this corny as neighbor of mine did to his BMW. NO UPGRADED EXHAUST BTW, just terrible bra bra…on a stock exhaust Smfh
