- We are Cruiselandia! Thank you for joining us. I’m Chris, and together with my wife Brandi, experiences little bit more of Rome. After disembarking and using the train to return to Rome, we check in our bags at a luggage storage service at Termini, and head out into Rome to see some more before we head to the Airport. This final episode starts with a final meal in Rome. We continue from Termini to a 16 hour layover in Dublin, before we finally head back home.

Thank you for these great videos. I’ve watched this whole segment because we are going on the Odyssey end of September. The only difference between our trips is we will go to Athens and not Mykonos. I’ve enjoyed all of y’all’s tips and I’m wondering if we should try and book a bus from Rome to cruise port instead of the train? Thanks again for these videos and letting us follow y’all on your amazing vacation 😊
Thank you for the great comment! As far as the train vs a bus, there is no one right answer to this. I think the next time we would probably book a bus, but it is quite a bit more money. The train is fine if you take the express vs the standard, plus it’s much cheaper. If you don’t mind the cost, I would suggest a bus or taxi from Rome. I will say this though, when returning to either Rome or to the airport, I think it’s worth the extra money for ground transportation, and avoid the train. ~ Chris

Thank you! We are sailing on the Carnival Panorama out of Long Beach, CA. Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas. We don’t plan on any excursions at this point. We will probably explore each port to get the vibe of each one. This is my first Carnival Cruise, and the first time to these ports. I’m mostly interested to see what Carnival is all about. ~Chris
