The inside of the cakes look yummy. The outside looks extra crunchy. Yum, yum!!!! And that salad looks delicious. I've never made an avocado salad before. I'm getting use to your new kitchen 😁😁😁. I thought I heard seagulls. What a lovely sound!!! Maybe not so much all of the time🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔!!!!😊😊😊😊

I like avocados but my family never has. What I have never had is cod. Can another type of fish be substituted? Will using another type of fish make a big difference?

No, it doesn't have to be cod. Any white fish will do nicely. Hope you try it. :)
