@@NicoleMelnyk-vw1oi Lady Sarah Chatto and David Armstrong Jones, Second Earl of Snowdon “Like their father, both children pursued careers in the arts, with David working as a furniture maker and Sarah as an artist. “
I met Lady Sarah Armstrong Jones in a shop in chelsea years and years ago. She was a very very nice humble lady unpretentious and gracious. She was behind me in a queue. I turned round and instantly recognised her. Shes petite and sweet.
My Dad had the privilege of working at Kensington Palace and watched Lady Sarah grow up. She and her brother were amongst his very favourites as they were so humble and approachable. Sarah corresponded with my father after his retirement and he always described her as beautiful as she was talented and hardworking. A very special young lady.
Lady Sarah in my opinion,is the most underestimated member of the Royal Family, she conducts herself with such grace, and dignity,it would be lovely to see more of her.
I'm really glad they mention Tony's adoration for Sarah. Despite his own mistakes, he was noted to being a far more doting and loving father to her and her brother.
Many years ago, she sat next to me on the train going up to King's Lynn (nearest station to Sandringham) one Christmas - she didn't bother with a first class ticket like most of the royals would have. She looked very chic in a cloche hat...
Nobody knows? On what planet? Lady Sarah Armstrong Jones /Chatto is Queen Elizabeth’s niece! She lives a very quiet life as an adult, but she was always a fond favourite of our dear late Queen, right up until her death.
I've admired Lady Sarah for years for her low key but strong presence. She is a wonderfully accomplished artist and has a unique sense of style. I look for her during the coverage of Royal events and I always like what she wears. Her wedding gown is my favorite of all the royal wedding gowns.
Lady Sarah was a favourite of both Charles and the late Queen Elizabeth; After her parents divorced she was very unhappy and took a long time to come to terms with it, but the late Queen was wonderful with her, helping her to cope, and Sarah always remained close to the Royal family. She has a lovely personality.
She is much loved and respected member of the RF....shes greatly admired by the public for her grace and class. I've never seen any negativity shown towards her at all by anyone.
I've always liked Sarah She has such class & style, a real Lady I'm glad her life has been happier & more fulfilling than her mother's & that her marriage has lasted the test of time. That she & her own family have stayed so low key & been able to escape public scrutiny & comparison to other family members is so refreshing.
I remember her interview in the documentary 'Elizabeth at 90'- and it stood out among all the other near relatives because it was the only one the didn't stress the Queen's looks or dedication to duty but how supportive and present in her Lady Sarah's life the Queen had been as her own aunt, and she ended her part of the interview by thanking 'Aunt Elizabeth'!
@jasperhorace. Princess Margaret and her husband must be given a lot of credit for taking such loving care of their children’s education (despite their own separation)..Particularly as it was rather unorthodox for Royal children. The Family as a whole have never taken education very seriously - and we see the results. They seem to think that posh (or tough )boarding schools and military life are character-building by themselves, despite all evidence to the contrary. The Arts don’t really figure except as social decoration. Looking at Sarah and David you can see a kind of serenity. A well-rounded education had a lot to do with that, I think.
Lady Sarah is my absolute favourite member of the Royal Family,,,,, She is the best example of loyalty and confidant,,,, encompassing class and sophistication.

She has good taste in her dress, and always looks impeccable. I'm sure she was a great comfort to the sick Queen who in her final years had so much to deal with.
I love that after Prince Philip's death, Sarah would keep the Queen company and they could often be heard giggling together behind closed doors. So many shared memories: the Queen's mother and especially her sister, Margaret. She does seem a lot sadder since the Queen's passing, perhaps Anne could sit with her, and laugh together. Princess Anne has certainly set her sail to the future.
The bond between a niece and an aunt or an uncle can be a very special one, not easilly replaced with a cousin or another relative. Attending royal events will for quite a while be a reminder that her aunt is no more, and she will miss her.

I've always thought she is gorgeous in a very down to earth way.
She is genuinely lovely
Lady Sarah Chatto is wonderful. I like and admire her choice of career. Lady Sarah your parents and late Uncle and Aunt are proud of you from Heaven. God bless you Sherman.
She reminds me of Princess Anne in how she is ageing.
Great video. Have been taking screen shots of Lady Chatto’s beautiful presentation over the years because I admired her poise and fashion. Knew she was a Royal, but did not know her story.
This is a lovely video about someone Royal who has chosen her path in life well.😊
Beautiful & talented woman❣️
Absolutely a very lovely presentation. Informative interesting and a beautiful side of royalty❣️thank you
She really very pretty, educated and is an accomplished artist.
One of the nicest lasses Never let the fact her mum was a princess plus her aunt was the Queen of England. Also her grandmother was the widow of King George V1 her grandfather. She's down to earth as they come no airs and graces all
Her Aunt wasn't the Queen of England. England is not a sovereign state. UNITED KINGDOM- the clue is in the title!
one of few royal family members that useful enough as a human being.
A beautiful, honest and respectful narrative. Thanks for sharing. She and her brother have always been among my firm favourite royals. In fact, I still call David Viscount Linley, instead of Lord Snowdon, in conversation. It's a hard habit to shake.
I like your presentation, is clear without speculations or gossip.
Thank you for this video, didn’t know much about her.
Beautiful, humble and modest Lady Sarah, loved the documentary and came to know so many things. Thanks
Love this❤ she’s a true Royal💕
listening to stories from your vlogs, indeed a very charming, kind, humble character. enjoy the story about Lady Sarah
I saw Sarah at the coronation and thought she looked wonderful. I had forgotten she is my age. It seems she’s led a fulfilling life, out of the spotlight which is nice.
I'm happy her life turned out well🎉
I think that she is so normal and so unassuming .., lovely lassie.... happy in her own skin ...
She has a very infectious smile! Says she’s very likable😊.
