This dude is quite literally what I’m going to do. I’m already sworn in with a op40. But after the 4 years I’m going NG SF while doing Real Estate full time
This man is showing that it is possible. it is my dream to being in national guard SF and be in business, either my own or a six fig job. The difficulty is finding a civilian six figure job that is military friendly.
I think if you get into SF, you can work that into a job in the same arena that pays well and understands you military obligation. Think govt jobs, govt contractors, tech, etc.
I love this life style I’m 17 and currently an EMT hoping to get to paramedic and join up I might get back into education or go to trade school but I feel like I could hold my own financially speaking and still follow my dream of becoming an 18D in the NG and
@@jasonburds would love to hear more about the drill time commitment, etc. for special operations in National Guard. I’ve been told to expect ‘double’ the commitment but it sounds like there’s tons of opportunity to go on active orders for schools/training, too.
He'd probably make more money wholesaling those contracts to his buyers but sounds like he's doing really well especially with the short term rentals. Good shit!
lol. Considering the title is Part-time Special Forces Full-time Real Estate I feel like that is reasonable. What more would you like to learn? I could have him on again.
Another great interview with another great guest thank you for this content. I’m aspiring to join 20th group when I get back from deployment so all of this info was very useful. 🤙🏽🇺🇸
@@jasonburds Roger that just enlisted in the TX national guard as a 68X looking forward to it I leave October 4th but your channel provides solid information and I would definitely spread the word
Is there any information on while candidates are in the q course, where are they living throughout the entirety of the course? Are they staying in barracks? Rental homes/apartments?
Once Im done with basic training and AIT (in the national guard), how fast can I get a try for SFAS? I'm a green card holder and I cannot get an 18x contract but in theory they process the citizenship while in basic training. Thank you guys for your help!
For education. If you're in the guard, you get $4500 per year for online schools. At goarmyed. Many of your big schools now have online courses. Use the 4500 to get your transferable pre-recs completed. Try and get a bs/ba on the 4500 over the years, dont use your gi benes. You can hold a fulltime job and do the online courses on your time. Get as much active duty time (not school mos ncoes etc but real active duty title 10 or 32) as possible to get 3 years. You'll earn 100% post 911 gi bill benes. You can transfer them to your kids. I transferred 50% to the boy and 50 to the girl. College for my kids is not my concern anymore. I also hold a BS in information security all paid for this way. GUARD gets its money in November. By Dec you should be scheduled for school if you're qualified and badger you NCOIC enough. That's when they start looking at SMs for schools. First come first serve.

What’s your five mile time?
How old is the cut off age for NG SF
If you're not currently in the military, 32. If you are in the military, 36.
