I want to share with any brothers or sisters who see this that we will be rejoined with the martyrs, our beloved brothers and sisters, in the Kingdom. Let their sacrifice and faith remind us to not curse our task of turning away from worldly pleasure and enjoyment. What pleasure did they have? Stay strong and let us take up our crosses daily

What about all the innocent people that were murdered and tortured by Christianity. Forced to convert or killed if refusal was given. Christianity has destroyed entire cultures and corrupted people with dogma. Destroyed Europe ancient wisdom. Christianity was and is a blood thirsty political organization bent on domination. World domination in the name of a criminal

I really appreciate the content in this video. I can see now why the amount of suffering they went through was so profound. Not at all like the "suffering" we go through today. Obviously, the things we go through are important and it's not usually good to minimize what we go through as Christians, but what makes me proud is that these people believed in Christ, and did not recant their testimony. Because of it, we have the new testament and the word of God. "For God has not given us a Spirit of fearfulness, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind". Thanks be to God and our Lord Jesus Christ for this video!

After Nero died there was a War, “year of the four emperors”, and the dynastic family changed from the Julio-Claudians to the Flavians. The Flavians were not of senatorial or even equestrian rank and were therefore desperate to prove their imperial legitimacy. They embarked on a propaganda campaign to smear the Julio-Claudia’s emperors. All of Nero’s misdeeds are catalogued by Tacitus, Suetonius, Cassius Dio, and Josephus. All wrote under the direction of the Flavians, and were the primary instruments of this propaganda.
A big clue as to what really happened is that the writings of Fabius Rusticus, the official court historian under Nero, did not survive. If we consider only contemporary sources, we are left with a much different picture: Nero was well-loved by his subjects, he was a talented artist, he was a great builder and the ancient Rome we imagine was completed by Nero. Nobody knows what really happened because we know the historical records are full of self-serving lies.
There is no evidence of any Xian persecution by Nero. Put that in your pipe.

Well well. For a short time did GOD'S children suffered, but the haters of JESUS CHRIST are HELL BOUND!!! NO REPENTANCE for them... Saul was found Worthy by CHRIST to be one of HIS followers, who will experience the same suffering like all the other CHRIST FOLLOWERS who had chased and put to death. Saul who was changed by name and nature, became a lover of CHRIST and HOLINESS: he felt TRUE LOVE, JOY, HAPPINESS, yet heart broken for his brothers and sisters in CHRIST. They will see the LORD! Isn't it written, that when CHRIST give us HIS SPIRIT and the earth shake and the sky darkened that graves were open and the saints that had died, has risen and gone up to GLORY?( MATTHEW 27) But where all the hater be? They will wale like the rich man and Lazarus story( LUKE 16). Yes the wicked always boast in their evil, but they will die like any other man, some WORST! And they will meet their maker 😁 all of will...What a day that will be😁 first laugh is not laugh, but who laughs last is the best laugh ever!!! Happy in the LORD 🙌🏾 PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY 🙌🏾

Hi. Why were the martyrs willing to die painfully when Jesus had said "render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's"? (Mark 12:17). "Things" includes more than paying taxes, and as Jesus obviously agreed that Caesar had legitimate rights, why would any Christian deny Caesar "his things", or pay him lip-service at least? Cheers, P.R.

@@obeddante7870 Hi. Only if you're a Jew. Greeks had a menagerie of gods. Roman Christianity has 10,000 (and counting) "saints" who you can also pray to as well. Some people pray to Mary. Is praying to an entity other than God an act of worship? If the Unitarians are right, then only they meet the "no idols" proscription. Cheers, P.R..
