I’ve purchased the m1044 ranger camo Humvee and I had the EXACT same extra piece. I’m positive it’s for the turret on top if you try to mount it a different way. I didn’t put mine on either and the studs inside the doors I took out so they can close better with mini figs in them, no point if someone’s in there the doors won’t go past the fig. Cool video though I was just letting you know about the piece
Amazing man! I love your commentary on building it, if you do buy sticker packs for minifigs on brickmania, I recommend the Woodland PASGT for a 1990's/2000's MOC in Iraq. Or the Modern Plate Carrier. I can also recommend some stuff in a video. You'll probably have to wait a month because I am creating a channel on this stuff and I can list where I get my items. (I don't have alot of high quality legos but I am working on buying more.) I am also going to be showing on my channel a video on how to customize a lego vest. (You have to spend 1$ USD plus shipping on them but you can make pouches black on a tan vest just with 2 sharpies. Keep this content up man! And btw, I can agree brickmania is pricey.
I agree. Too bad LEGO doesn't do military sets. Plus I heard Brickmania purchases their bricks from third party sellers on Bricklink so they have their reason. If there wasn't a deal, I wouldn't even budge on these sets LOL

Brickmania does make pretty good WW2 models. Tempted but the pricings make me say no lol
