Hi mate, the full subject on heart rate monitor is blocked out vocally and with subtitles. Unsure what’s going on. Good informative videos

    Hi Harry,
Is it ok to do most of your easy/ aerobic runs on a treadmill and then just train your hamstrings more? What do you think of treadmill running? It’s very convenient but I guess it’s easier and you don’t use as much balance and feet muscles. Cheers

Hello mate, can you study for an A level or do a college course if you are under 18 in basic training?

A heart rate monitor is not needed. Recommendations of 60% or 90% heart rate, regarding what? What is taken for 100%? This is the max heart rate that a trained subject can achieve. Why is there no +/- spread? Cardiorespiratory load should be dosed according to the schedule: medium intensity - we can talk, but we cannot sing, high intensity - we cannot speak. This will be 60% or 90%.
