Tierlist is wrong. Cooking Jon is by a mile the best combination since handling as as stat is irrelevant when u drift. Cooking Jon specifically is the best because he gets 3 red shells which is the best item in the game
The first status bar is really top speed? There is somewhere I can confirm this? Because playing with my friends for like 1 year, Jon and Liz are the slowest characters compared to the others. Usually the faster characters have the second status bar higher. But now you saying that the first is top speed... =/ hahaha
the 2nd bar is acceleration, you'll find those characters get to an acceptable speed faster where as characters with high top speed need to build up to it. if you're in a hectic race with a lot of pie throwing, acceleration will generally be the better stat.
