Not even close to end, its reborn for lower end computers and for half price (59.99$ for 40 an.premium edition) lot of fun fun for undemanded home pilots
it depends, hoping there will be more third parties join in MSFS2024 for high quality models(study level instead of just looking good), more private jet(Gulfstream, Bombardier), study level of 747/787/330/340, we need more high quality models not the numbers of aircrafts.
@@DeepSkySimulations those adaptations are already being worked on, and you get the 2020 version transferred to 2024, if you want the upgraded version (new physics, and stuff using the new sims features) they will make that a free or paid update.
And it opens a new era of spending money on the game itself and payware addon's supported by the game... Are you guys aware they are going this since the first flight simulator was released... with the exception of FSX that lasted longer, every 4-5 years a new cycle starts... and do you know why?? because once they've reached the 200-250 Mil US $$ in revenue they know it's a plateau and can't squeeze more pennies from us the addicts users, and voila, a new version is available so we can continue to pour out our money... How long they've said FS 2020 will last and be maintained..??.. 10 years at least... and here we are not even fully four years later building up the hype for yet another version to spend yet another round of money on... what does that tell you guys..??.. long live Microsoft and the king Bill Gates who owns the world and wants only 500 thousands people in the world because there are not enough resources to last for billions of people...hmm... Long live the King...
Haha I think you may be right on that! As for me, if MSFS 2024 in fact offers significant improvements such as multithreading, better AI traffic behaviour and more detailed terrain, I'm happy to pay haha
@@DeepSkySimulations my friend I keep paying for this hobby since 1978 or so...a very long time... I'm not so happy to pay again and again...new features? new improvements? OK... what if you have no Internet for a while?? what if you don't have enough space on the hard drives... keep buying and buying better Internet connection more bandwidth, bigger hard drives better graphics cards and that's not even counting the game itself and payware addon's if you're so inclined to spend for payware addon's... you do the math my friend... you can buy a car and drive it around with that kind of money... releasing a new version every 4-5 years is part of their recipe for success to restart the money cycle again and again... it's a proven fact, not just because I say so... scientific research, by reputable universities into the business revenue trends say so... It's a fact... everything else is just a cleverly orchestrated marketing campaign to build up the hype and fool users into keep buying and buying again...

If after a while, a game stops getting sales, they need to make a new one so that they can continue paying the costs of business.

Haha yes, but features like multithreading may be a gamechanger for MSFS 2024, so people will have less of an incentive to stay with the old product.
