I think Rafael Leao is very fast when running with the ball. Especially his acceleration is amazing, due to his long legs. It looks like he is jogging, but he overtakes people easily.
EDIT: He also has the most unique expression while playing football. He seems to permanently have a smile on his face when playing.

Being fast in football is not about top speed only, it's the whole package, short, long runs, how quick you run with the ball while controlling it, how fast can you recover as a defender, etc... because in Rugby or NFL the ball isticks to your body but in football the ball is a different entity. It's difficukt to make a list of the fastest players, but when it comes to Mbappe, he checks all the options.
I would rate Rafael Leao at par with Mbappe in all departments, except experience at or against the top level clubs. And in a few years he will be more experienced. I think Real Madrid should not sign Mbappe especially since they seem to have found a new formula with the success of Bellingham. And then in about two years they can bring in Rafael Leao. He would be perfect for Madrid.

Kyle Walker should be number 2..him and mbappe are the only current players to reach over 23mph. And honourable mention, haaland should be in there too. He’s reached up to 22.5 mph.

@MrVvulf tbf someone running without the ball will almost always be quicker than someone running with it. Walker's still faster imo but him catching up to Vini who's running with the ball doesn't prove he's faster.
