Worth noting as well that with the merch scene Sleep Token are selling limited edition coins at their shows and have released a book? (Which I’m pretty sure they took inspiration from Bad Omens after they released a graphic novel and album together). It’s interesting how bands are creating a more immersive experience for listeners and giving us an entire narrative to follow - like with BMTH newer shows, the performance is truly captivating with the story telling aspects.
musicians should never cater to their fans or give in to their pressure when it comes to the music they're making. ever. the fans are not correct. make art. don't sell music. ronnie is brilliant for telling his fans to fuck off. so many artists are afraid to lose their fanbase and start just...imitating the sound that their fans request rather than making the art that they truly want to make. just because we don't like something doesn't mean it's not good, but more importantly it's inauthentic to cater to your fans. do what got you to the dance. the fans that come unglued when an artist experiments are actually casuals. the casuals are the fans who pay your bills. the lions share of the people buying tickets, but they don't know shit about music or art or authenticity. they do not matter. the music is what really matters.
metallica are the perfect example of this. fans came unglued when they released Load. Load was a fantastic album. every single track, but it was alternative rock. I think the fans were more upset about the image change personally, but they threw a fit about the album too, which is crazy. Metallica released nothing but trash from the time cliff died all the way until they put load out. Master of Puppets represents the last of Cliff's music essentially. They were only imitating Cliff's metallica until Load came out and it was really weak compared to their first three records. Don't listen to fans.
i honestly don't even like most of their music, but i really respect the way ronnie carries himself. he's a cool mother fucker. he doesn't back down from anybody. there's no bitch in ronnie man. i wish i liked his music. maybe with time. i'm not into the whole cheesy death growl thing. i love anybody who is willing to face the risk of speaking their mind when it's an unpopular take. never censor yourself, never let the majority make decisions for you or intimidate you into keeping your head down. there's plenty of that shit in the world. the world needs more people like ronnie radke without a doubt. did they deny him entry because of some kind of controversy or because he's a convicted felon or what?
@@Waylon_Gnash Agreed, too many people pandering and not being authentic, I don’t agree with everything he says, but it’s refreshing seeing someone speak their mind. Apparently it was due to a law change, but who knows! Just hope he will be back soon 🤞

During the instrumental part of The Summoning, Vessel usually does something silly. And playing the game is what he did for that show.
I think the Download lineup is killer! A bit strange that McFly are on there, but I’m sure loads of people will go to see them anyway!
Fr, mcfly are basically five seconds of summer of the early 2000s
I like the vocal style of that guy from paleface swiss or something? whatever they were called. Very cool vocals.
@@Waylon_Gnash definitely ones to watch!
