- Got the rare opportunity to go North to Duck / Corolla today. Enjoyed every minute of being a tourist and discovering new places. Thank you for the suggestion as Pine Island turned out to be a really cool spot that I will definitely go back to. Also got to go see the Currituck Light House, haven't been over there in ages. Seeing some new development along the travels like the new Southern Shores Fire Station. The best part of this trip was 100% the pathway to the beach in Pine Island.

Looks like you picked a good time to head up north. Traffic didn't seem bad at all. Im planning on running up the beach and seeing if I can get the horses on the beach. I heard you say you were going to do that as well. Should make for a good video.
@@obxtv12 it wasn’t bad at all I was pleasantly surprised. For me it’ll probably be the end of summer before I can get down that way again. I know you’ll get some good wild horse views, I’ll be on the lookout 🤟
Driving north of Southern Shores is a crawl, which has a silver lining - can't really smash any of the many deer out in the area at this speed...
