I cannot express in words how grateful I am for your meditations. I am a 64 year old double caregiver. Cared for my autistic nephew since he was 5 months old; he is almost 16; then took on care of my husband's elder aunt who has no children about 3 years ago. She is 88; on oxygen and can be a handful. She fell last week and was in the hospital. All week has been crushing for me. Every day at the hospital; she was discharged yesterday and did not qualify for rehab care so I had to be there pretty much at her place all day yesterday and today. When I got home today I was so spent, I knew my blood pressure was through the roof (I am on blood pressure medication that usually works) Had 1 hour to relax before picking up the nephew from school. This was such a God-send! When I got to the beautiful elven music at the end I was zoned out enough that I had my head back on. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, BLESSINGS, HUGS AND KISSES. i AM SO GRATEFUL i HAVE TEARS IN MY EYES.
Oh, bless you, Celeste, I am so sorry you’ve been through such a draining and awful time, but so very glad that you were able to find some peace with this :) Please try to look after yourself, too. Caregivers are amazing people, but they often do not have time to care for themselves.
I have only been meditating to relieve my stress, anger and depression for a few days, but this was by far the best thing I've listened to while meditating. Although it started with my eyes rapidly moving and my body unable to sit still, not after long was I able to relax and envision everything that was told. It was remarkably beautiful and I even started to cry, but this was the first time I had been able to truly see the world as beautiful. Hopefully this can help me change my negative outlook on the world and see it for the beautiful things that can come of it.
I'm happy to find these. As you can tell, I'm a Tolkien fan, after all, my dog is named Pippin. :) I had a stroke almost 3 years ago, and the pain continues and is almost unbearable at times. Thank you for giving me a way of escape. I don't know if it is possible, but if you ever can make one for dealing with pain, it sure would be helpful. A lot of us are dealing with the despair of pain that just won't go away. Thank you for what you do. I love these, especially the ones at the ocean. These really help.

Thanks, guys! This is beautiful, I love it-- have use it 3 or 4 times in the last week. This is my favorite medtaton vid so far-- and I can see Rivendell so clearly-- I want to live there! I was imagining that when our number is up and we cross over to the other side, Rivendell is what it looks like and the beautiful elves are the angelic creatures that will be welcoming us with open arms and serene smiles.

Have you seen the Honest guys fantasy playlist? There are many other meditations like this one. My favourite have been the ones set in "navarr" (I think that's how you spell it). Have a look back at some of the meditation / sleep stories that have been made by the Honest guys in the last ten + years. It is is so comforting to know a part of me will always be in the realm I just visitied and it gives me hope that I can go back whenever I want to. Thanks for sharing this experience with me. I wish this walk-through meditation video was on iTunes because this is my favorite video from the Honest Guys and i really like the scenery described. The Honest Guys are pushing the boundaries, in a postive way, of what Rivendell looks like and what was shown in the first movie of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
I've never felt attracted to fantasy and I'm not sure why I listened to The Peaceful Valley. I'm amazed! This was so beautiful and calming. My tension was just washed away by the golden waterfall curtain. I'm leaving with the indelible imagery of a most perfect place which seems to be heaven. And i can go back when I need to. Can't wait for the next guided journey! Beautiful! Thank you so much.

That was just.. .wonderful. I can't even find the word to describe how relax I was after this... And the elf at the end... just the feeling of him guiding me back home made me fall asleep, as if I was no longer alone in the room because he was watching over me. I can't help but picture Glorfindel as the elf, no idea if it's suppose to be him or not :)
