Thanks for uploading this video. I've just received my plates kit, still need to buy the aluminum profiles but just the fact that you're making these videos is reassuring, I'll be able to avoid mistakes by watching them. Can't wait to have mine up and going.
@@auricschiller In my case, a person who lives in Brazil and can source the aluminum profiles locally, yes, a lot of money. Shipping price for the profiles is ridiculous.
awsome video I to thank you .going to be changing over from worbee to queenbee pro I like the linear rails seem to be the way to go just ordered from bulkman now i.ll work on purchasing linear rails
Was the kit supposed to include zerk fittings for the linear bearings? I just figured out my kit is missing around 100 of the T-Nuts and 100 of the hex bolts... pretty irritated about it.
i can't understand how to block the linear guides to the extrusion, is only with pressure? looking at the design it seems to me that will not fit into the v channel, but maybe i should only try to push harder? (thanks for the great videos, i really appreciate them!)
Mine came without the grease nipples. If I pack the bearings myself, do I still need to get the nipples for later use? Does anyone know where I can buy them from?

Does it save a lot of cash to buy just the plates and source the profiles elsewhere?

Hi, thank you for the wonderful video! May I ask if you could please let us know what size your build is? Thank you!
I have a question, when installing the rails, which side of the nut is facing the rail, the flat side of the round side?
no link for the blocks in description
Sorry about that, all fixed!

Yeah is a snap fit if your printer is printing accurate. If not don't worry you can still get this pretty accurate without the blocks.
