Thank you Steve for providing the links for the items in the video. I have been trying to get my hands on that resincrete sealer but i couldn't find it sold in the UK. Thankfully I know I can always depend on you to provide the links once you've got them. You're a star! Great video Steve, I really like that heart you made.
My theory is people aren’t buying coasters because they all have those Stanley cups. They don’t sweat. They also break coasters so they get those silicone things so they don’t scratch your table.
Your videos just popped up on my main you tube feed. I just watched this one. I was wondering if the resin you use can be used as candle jars. Look forward to hearing from you. Stay safe and be blessed.
Will the felt stand up to the coasters being washed? For that matter, will the markers survive being washed? I know that most of the time we don't pour food on our coasters, at least on purpose, but it helps to be able to wash things.
They came out amazing. So putting the little bit of metal makes it stronger? Because I have an egg holder and the next day I went to seal the the thinner part it broke. It’s a 2 piece set the thicker part of course is strong.
They don’t absorb water the resin ones. They’re beautiful but my cup sticks to them because of the condensation. Yes you’re right about everyone is making them.
Thanks!
Very nice Steve! I love the marbling you achieved. TYSM for sharing!
Fun ones Steve. Interesting to see Resincrete needs strengthening wires, that's a difference to the one I use I wasn;t aware of.
Not needed, but smart I'd say. Being done with concrete and cement also.
GORGEOUS marbling, Steve! 💕😊
These are lovely!!
Great marbling! Loving the blue and the metallic blue to finish them off!❤
The coaster set is beautiful. Love the marbling. ✌️❤️🤣 peace, love and happiness
I love the swirl/marble style! ❤

Beautiful!

The marbling looks great and the "rebar" tip is so helpful! Can other things be used to color and seal resincrete?
Another fabulous video! If you wanted to paint the ornaments after with acrylic paint would you seal them first? 😊

These are absolutely gorgeous Steve! The mould you used isn’t the mould in your link, do you have a link to the same one you used please?
Lovely project as usual Steve, where did you get the sticky back felt from? I can’t see a link for that anywhere.

Did somebody make out what was written on the heart I couldn’t tell but I think it had something written
Sadly, I don't know anybody that uses coasters.
