No sag figures in eu 250 manual (no Indian one available and there are differences) but letting us know the weight setting its set to would let us make guesses to adjust. I am light too and assume its probably set up for someone a little heavier and a notch or 2 would probably be appropriate.? @@Aman_x..
preload adjusting is purely based on the load on bike, the idea is to adjust so that u dont bottoms up and dynamics of bike remains same. this might increase of decrease the seat height marginally but not significantly.
Probably it’s jammed due to not operation, take it t mechanic and get it rotated once so that it frees up, I would not recommend using wd40 or any grease on this.

very marginally, but the settings have to be adjusted based on your pay load.
